I've heard this one. So cute!
But I'm not sure if it would have worked. As much as Buffy loves Willow, I don't think she'd use a wish on her like that. She'd more likely use it to get rid of the first or something, you know? sweatdrop

There are some things that you can't wish for, a limit to everything. It's very complicated, and i'm sure that if Joss had used that, it would have been explained more.

But I still don't think it's in Buffy's nature to wish something like that. *shrug* It would have been very nice, and I would have accepted it if it had happened even though I don't feel Buffy's like that. xd

I don't think that Buffy would have used the wish on Willow, but I also don't think that Joss would have ever let the First be taken care of by a bloody wish. That's just way too neat and easy.

Heh. About a week ago, I was in a store and I met this man who saw me looking at a Buffy magazine, and he told me he loved Buffy, too. Then we started talking and he told me about this episode thing. He described it a little differently. He said that she got the wish thingie, and she makes a joke about how, you know, maybe she'll just use it to get the perfect pair of shoes. And in the end of the episode, she says, "Well, I finally know what I want my wish to be." And Willow says, really shyly, "So you got the shoes?" And from behind Buffy, Tara steps out.
It doesn't really matter. I just kind of like it this way more...even if it wasn't the way Joss was really going to do it. ::Shrug::

Elrenda:
That does sound alot nicer, and more emotional. But i think maybe Joss was just ya know...giving a scenario more than anything. If it really did happen it could have gone alot more different. But since Amber couldn't be there we will never know. sad
