Beth watched with raised eyebrows, apparently an expression she was going to have to get used to, and stood, feeling slightly useless. If the teacher hadn't nabbed the Malfoy girl so fast, she might have given her a good beating. Her fists clenched involuntarily and she exhaled forcibly, focusing on relaxing her entire body. She sighed and shoved her wand in her back pocket, having foolishly left it sitting on the bench when she stood up. Not doing that again... she told herself wryly.
