but good god that was still the best book ive ever read

There is going to be a female spartan model in the Halo 3 multiplayer. Look at the first video I posted in the Official Halo 3 Leaked Videos/Pictures thread.

Yes. True. Now that I think of it that is very much correct. But my point isnt what came out first, my point is that the book was based off the game, the game was not based off the book and that the game is the correct storyline. If they magically decide to kill Master Chief and bring a kickass female as the main character, and the book decides to keep the Chief.....well the game is the right story....although the book would be much better...haha.



The thing is...the female will be in a MJOLNIR suit, its not like their suits are bikini MJOLNIR, they wont be skin-tight or showing skin....there will only be minor differences in the size, shape and sound of the character. If a chick in a MJOLNIR makes a guy happy in the "wrong way" then eh has some serious issues.
And again...this has nothing to do with the storyline....I'm talking about multiplayer...

Yeah, he would have to have serious issues for that, but I'm just stating the reasons I've heard of and thought of.

Multiplayer is cannon, if I remember correctly. If I'm wrong, then let me know. But I'm pretty sure that only things that exist in the Haloverse are put into multiplayer, even though they are put in non-cannonical situations. (like Spartans killing Spartans.) Bungie made a statement that everything in the multiplayer maps was cannon, and everything else is because it's in campaign.



Bungie keeps a tight leash on the people making things in the Haloverse. I've heard things about every non-bungie created part of Halo that were cut or changed or dropped because Bungie wouldn't allow it. (The externally-made trailer about the external Ensemble Studios game Halo Wars is the only exception. But it may still be cannon. I don't know about it at all, except that it was cool to watch.) So I believe the only thing released by Bungie or an associate that is not cannon is the Cortana Letters. I'm not sure about the HW trailer though. It may be cannon, but I doubt it, as there are BR-55's in there when they probably shouldn't be. Of course, we don't know for sure when they were invented, but Nylund told us they were experimental in the time period between the games.

Just to clarify, this is friendly argument. I'm shooting down every one of your ideas, but it's not hostile. Okay, never mind, that made no sense. A better way to say it is: I'm debating your every point, but it's not aggressive. I keep thinking it sounds hostile though, that's why I've put something at the bottom of both of my posts to you.

hmm i bet tehy will...u figure with the numbers of girls playing video games rising...that they would put something in there like for the girls to relate to..

Is anyone even listening to my idea about scaling options for characters. I mean, who wouldn't want a team of tall, buffed out guy and girl spartans taking on a midgit arbiter armada. That would be funny as hell.

Girls so do play Halo. I play Halo all the time with my brother and his friends (though not online because my computer's a pain in the a**).
