Boobs and pancakes huh... well with a little work we can get this going.
first off. your banner and your intro, you gotta make your guild appealing. you need more on your front page.
secondly. Rules, make a list line everything out, word it pretty. we all know the TOS but you need to make your own flare.
Third. leadership, good mods who are on alot, and know the rules and will make people stick to them.
number four, advertisement. do yall have a running thread somewhere? post a banner in your siggys or something. Ill even run a link in the OMG to here on affiliates so long as yall do me the same favor.
what you need.
some sort of intro's thread. basic things about the people who join and what not.
Boobs... you need a post your pics thread.
more topic diversity... what else is there here besides pancakes and boobs to interest the people?

Hmmm, we sould have something about no cybering, and we will need some different areas of chat, like one titled boobs, then music and other stuff like that.

* Change guild ownership
* View transaction log
* View Captain activity log
* Captain's Guild
And:
* Invite users to this guild
* View current join requests
* View Crew activity log
It should be fairly easier from there..."
