The ankle that Kashin grabbed and the knee that he shattered seemed suddenly much heavier than before. Shuji had been making hand seals for a reason when he ran in on Kashin. The replacement jutsu was probably the one thing that would save him in this fight. As the smoke the surrounded Shuji started to fade, a group of rocks fell to the ground. It would be a wonder if Kashin didn't break his own fist, having punched a rock with enough strength to shatter Shuji's knee.

The real Shuji quietly came up from behind Kashin, drawing two kunai from his weapon's pouch. With a small smirk, he threw the two kunai at the Jounin's back. He figured that Kashin would probably get away, but he still wasn't going to give up unless he absolutely had too. And at the very least, he wanted to make Rob and Aurara's fight s a little easier.

This was going to be one of the last tricks Shuji was gong to be able to pull off. Making a flurry of hand seals, he focused his chakra, feeling a strain on his body. "Tsuchi Hashira-no-jutsu (Earth Pillar Jutsu)!" As the spikes rose up beneath him, a large pillar of earth shot up from within the spikes, lifting Shuji up off the ground. He looked down from on top of his pillar, and smiled down at Kashin. "So...now you're trying to kill me? I don't think Lord Hanekage would approve of that." He wanted to keep fighting, but he wasn't sure if he'd be able to. "So...do you think I might have actually had a shot at becoming a Chuunin," he asked Kashin, his voice full of sincerity. He knew that Kashin would probably reply with an attack of some kind, so he started to make hand seals as he jumped down from his pillar, landing next to Kashin.

As he landed, he continued to focus his chakra, and waited to see what Kashin -sensei would do. He wasn't threatening him, but that didn't mean that Kashin should trust him. The thought of playing it smart and letting his teammates come in sounded really good about now. He couldn't defeat a Jounin, and he knew this. But he had given all he had, and then some. Granted, he could take a soldier pill, or drink the stuff Rob had made for him, but what was the point? He didn't stand a chance, and if he didn't start being more careful, he was going to end up worse off due to the burns from Kashin's previous attack with the fireballs.

Shuji nodded. "Well, at lest you think so. I've got no chakra left really, so if you're gonna take me out, go ahead. If not, I'm gonna call it. I can't go on much longer," he said. He figured that Kashin had something up his sleeve. That was why he had been making hand seals all this time. His chakra was focused, so he just needed Kashin to make a move.

Shuji sighed, feeling disappointed. He had one plan left, but he didn't figure that it would work. He knew better than to strain himself. Approaching Kashin, he extended his hand. "I know that we're shinobi, and thus can't trust anyone, but I'd like to thank you for being my opponent. Also, I'd like to ask if you'd mind perhaps training with me when this is all done? You're an earth element user like myself, and I could really use the help." He smiled kindly, and then looked toward the judge. He wasn't sure if Kashin would shake his hand or not. It didn't matter, their fight was over.

"Judge, I quit. I'm too low on chakra to continue. At this point, it'd be like taking candy from a baby for Kashin-sensei." He looked toward his team, and also flashed them a smile. "Sorry guys. I did my best, but against a Jounin, it just wasn't god enough." Returning his attention to Kashin, he still had his hand extended. "Thanks a lot, Kashin-sensei."

aurara stured in place just hearing kashin say he mastered all the elements.
"how can it be possible to have mastered all the elements" aurara croked out, realizing what he said got him more nervious because it would attract the jounin's attention.
"i guess i'm yours.." the butterflies in aurara's stomach turned furiously for him to finish the sentence. nothing.

a fue seconds after fumbling over his own words, aurara closed his eyes and took a deep breath, calming himself enough to focus.
steping forward, "i'm next" a simiple anwser .
forgetting all his doubt

aurara reached in to his weapon pouch and pulled out a rather fat scrole. in a circular swooping motion unwound the entire scrole and brougt both end together. aurara then spun the opposite direction, applying enough chakra to it, releasing a medium cloud of white feathers, in a five yards radius, form the scrole. the cloud was thick enough that it could conseal aurara movements "somewhat"

aurara steped close enough to kashin, as the cloud swirled just behind him. seeing the jouunin's weapon, he stoped out of striking range of the blade.
"quite the item you have there. ... should i start off or do you want to?"

aurara was nearly knocked over by the gust. there was a brife instance were aurara had to take his attention off of kashin to keep all his feathers form flying away or so it seemed

jumping back afue yards, aurara sent the entire cloud at kashin with an above average speed.
as the many feathers were burned away by the fire, it became obiviuos that aurara had hidden a suprise ,the remaining feathers were actualy metal razor blades in the shape of feathers. now heated and racing towards kashin about to close in on him.
