Steffan lead his horse back into the village. Things had seemed to calm down for now, and he was starting to get tired, and it was getting dark. He'd heard Ambers question before, " His higness fell of his horse while it was going fast, his face had turned white.He broke a few ribs and got a few cuts. It will hurt him for a while but he'll be fine. His life isnt in danger. " Steffan tied his horse to a wall, dismounted it, and walked toward the inn. He was going to rest, if even a little. If he was needed they could wake him.
Joshua watched in panic as the medics rushed past him, getting all this medicine.'Am I going to die? he wasnt. But that's what he'd gathered from the panicing medics. it was scaring him.

Amber nodded, smiling wearily at Joseph. She turned to listen to Steffan and calmed a little. "But.." Still she was worried about Joshua. He fell OFF a horse for pete sake! She sighed heavily, bringing her hands up to her face as if she were going to cry or something. She just needed to register everything in... Amber sighed heavily, letting her hands drop to her side.

"My lady Amber, the villagers have prepared a room for you. Would you like to rest a while, or would you like to go with your brother?" Joseph offered her his hand to help her up.

The figure was back again, this time watching from the window at the tavern the prince and princess were planning to stay. She crossed her arms, smirking.
"Poor baby. He got hurt..." she mocked in an amused voice, looking back to her octopus, who was chewing on a piece of jerky. When she turned her attention back to the window she found that the prince was staring at her. Cursing under her breath, she closed it. "That was close...Let's go back to our table downstairs."
the octopus chirped in reply, following his master downstairs.

Steffan walked into the inn and rented a room. Quickly falling asleep from exaustion.
The pain that Joshua had before from his broken ribs was now gone, the medica had given him special medicine to numb the pain, and bandaged his chest tightly so the ribs would heal back to normal. Joshua put his shirt and cape on. Turning around to grab his hat, placeing it on his head, slightly tilted. One of the doctors looked at him with a serious look, holding out medicine to him, " well...we've done what we can for you. Now it'll just need to heal... "he placed the medicine in Joshua's hand, " ...and... I'm serious, don't lift anything or do too much for awhile... or your ribs will heal back bad. Or not heal back at all. " Joshua nodded. And the doctor had spoke so loud that captain slappy had to have heard all that. And could use his broken ribs to her advantage in a fight... Joshua stood up, took the medicine and rushed out. He went outside to meet eye-to-eye with Captain slappy, " Who are you and why in the hell do you keep following us? " He un-sheathed his blade and pointed it at her neck.

Slappy merely smiled, unsheathing a blood-kissed dagger. She prefered to keep her cutlass and pistol on her sash; She always did better with it, when added with her speed.
"I heard rumors about you and your little ordeal." she replied simply, making no move although she seemed to be having thoughts on which strategy to use. Her pet hissed on her shoulder, revealing his sharp fangs in which contains a venom used to stun or, in larger doses, can kill.

Joshua stared blankely at the pirate, " What ordeal?! " His expression seemed to get colder, and angrier. And was pretty quick to judge, like the foold he was, " Are you the person telling the Asrelangranian soldiers where we are?! you are thats why you were spying on us wasn't it? " He thrusted his blade at her out of mere anger, his parents died, his home was burnt down, he almost got killed, then fell off a horse. Jeez, so much had happened he was really angry, and didn't really even think about the situation.

She only smiled as she jumped to the side, easily dodging it. It pays not to wear so much heavy armor. "No.....I just heard that you are going through a rough time right now...how unfortunate..." she smiled, although it was hard to tell whether it was out of concern or amusement. The octopus on her shoulder hissed angrily at the prince, removing the two tentacles away from his face to reveal a set of shiny little fangs.

Joshua backed up a little before glaring at the pirate, " So.... What are you gonna do? " He was about ready to strike again, before his eyes went wide and he totally stopped breathing. He looked harmlessly at the pirate with his now dimmered eyes, before falling to the ground behind him. he gasped for breath and held his ribs. He'd forgotten to take it easy with his ribs broken.... His sight began to blurr and spin, but he struggled to remain concious.

Steffan had told Shigure to look after Prince Joshua. He knew he was at the doctors and went after him at a run. He seen that he was fighting with Captain Slappy, and saw him fall to the ground. He ran to him and knelt beside him. "Prince Joshua are you alright?" He wanted him to stay awake. He then turned to Captain Slappy. "What are you doing here?"

Joshua could hear shigure's voice but he couldn't move or see anymore, oddly, his eyes were still open. When shigure asked if he was alright joshua managed what could-be-considered a nodd. But he wasnt. He felt like he was dying. He wanted to breath normally, and be able to see again, but he didnt know what was wrong with him. ".....uhn....." He moaned, his body was peirced in pain but at the same time felt totally numb. His eyes began to twitch and started to try and roll back.

Shigure seen him nod but knew Prince Joshua was about to pass out. He heard him give a small moan of pain and then he came to a decision. He said to Captain Slappy. "I will deal with you later. I need to tend to the prince." He then picked Prince Joshua up and made his way to the doctors. But before he made it to far. He turned to Captain Slappy. "Remember what I said." Then contuined to walk to the doctors.

The captain nodded, sheathing her dagger. She quickly tended to her octopus, which ws still in hysterics. "Calm down, little one." she soothed Inky. "It seems that we're going to have an interesting time here." she turned on her heels and walked off, knowing that the prince and his suitors were going to have a time on whether to trust her or not.

Joshua stared up at Shigure blankly, he could hear, but that was it. He had no idea what was going on around him. Now he knew how blind people felt.... "...w..wha....g...oing on....? " He managed to speak. But a few seconds afterwards his eyes rolled back, closed, and he let out a deep sigh. He'd passed out.
" steffan.... You wont forget me will you?... I love you. ....oh...... " the long blue haired girl's hand rolled off her shoulder, as her deep purple eyes remained open. Steffan was holding her head up against him. He'd been staring at her with saddened eyes the entire time with a weak smile on his face. But once she breathed her last breath. Steffan broke down, grabbing her pale-white hand tightly, tears rushing down his face non-stop,"E...Emeira......." He hugged her tightly, tears still flowing down his face, ".....It can't be! ....open your eyes! ...Emeira!Emeira!! " Steffan woke up, his eyes wide, he rubbed his eyes because he felt something tickle his cheek, and when he looked at his hand, he found it was covered in tears. "It...was just a dream....Emeira........ " Emeira had been his girlfriend, whom died right before the war began, she'd been killed by an Asrelangranian soldier. Steffan wiped his eyes with his sleeve and stood up. "I'd...Better check on them. " He put on his cape and equipped his armor before walking out of his room and outside, looking around for the prince,shigure,Joseph, and the princess.
