Unfortunately, there are really no numbers; multiplications included.
The most we know is that Goku had some gravity training for a while in the Room of Spirit and Time, and then we have the recurring comments from other characters about the constant speed and ability increases due to transformations and other training.
We do know that the speed increase is significant between transformations. We just have no numbers.
