Kirit sighed, stood up, streched, and said "Fine. Rainbow it is." With those words, he started to trot past the red torch, and twards the orange torch. On his way over, he kicked a stone, sending it flying into the green torch that he was careful to to go twards. WHen it hit, the rock amazingly caught fire, bounced off, and landed a few feet infront of kirit, Burning with a bright green color.

Not following Lin, Kirit nudged the flaming stone with his paw. Just as he expceted, it did not burn him at all, no heat was coming from the stone, just colored light. He picked up the stone engulfed in cold flames in his mouth, casting a green glow over his already almost completely green body, and started to walk after Lin.

"Err.... Kobbeh? She looks kinda purple...." Kirit said, walking in circles, looking for wither Kobbeh or A purple flame. Maybe the torch burned out, or something..... Thats right! There was a Violet torch in the crossroads or Dark and light tunnles, remember?" Kirit said, pacing.

*Lin narrowed her eyes, a low growl began in her throat.* She's simply playing with us you know... *Lin felt her anger build until she could hold no more.* ..she doesn't even want us to join her house, she only wants to torture us... *Her fur seemed to quiver with and odd light that grew until it spilled over and formed hundreds of small spheres.* ..she doesn't even have the guts to face us while she's doing it either... *The spears swarmed around Lin building in speed.* Grraahh *The spears suddenly shot off in every direction through every tunnel, seeking out Kobbeh.* I...I... *Lin opened her eyes wide and turning very pale collapsed to the ground, exhausted.*

Confronted with that also happening to him, rendering both of them useless, Kirit stepped back from Lin, putting the flaming green stone on the ground, then picking it up, beliving it was the reason it had not happened to him also. "Lin.... I'm so sorry I cannot help you...." With those words, he sat, and closed his eyes. ~I came here to join the dark house. I came, seeking the the foretold unlimited power it held in store to it's members. Here I am forced to stay. If I try to leave, I will surely be killed, or hurt myself further. If I go forward, I will go the wrong direction, because there is no way to go which follows the pattern that has treated us so fairly.... Even if I do find the right way, the evil being she is, Kobbeh will kill me.~ Kirit thought, a tear dropping on the floor.

*there was infact no purple torch, just an alchemy circle drawn poorly on a distant wall from them. The last light from the torches within the cave kobbeh sat in cased an odd illusion through this fake wall. It was hard for the average person to see, but upon further inspection, it would be seen. Kobbeh sat withing her cave with an irk expression on her face. She rose and turned, walking out of the cave* Well, if those failers ever make it here, I give them what they have been searching for... *Her tail flicked in an odd way and a pedestal appeared in the middle of the cave with two charms on the table. Each charm was in the shape of a bat and had an ususual glowing stone in the center. The symbol of the dark house and the charm that signified alliance to it.*

*Lin opened her eyes and got to her feet.* Wha.....hey are you ok? *Reaching out a paw she lightly touched Kirit's shoulder.* Sorry for getting angry. *Sitting down she looked round where they were.* We proberly missed something.

"Missed something? How can we miss what isn't there!" Kirit said, stareing at the floor. "Let's go back, It is all we can do now, and we can be sure of no traps, we have already passed... Unless, of course, you know how to see what is invisible." ((I need to learn how to make longer posts... sweatdrop ))

*Lin stopped and thought about his suggestion, then smiling stood up and walked to the middle of the cave and sat down and clossed her eyes. Concentraiting on the walls, roof and floor she she used magic to banish the darkness. As it seeped away the cracks and holes were outlined with purpple making them stand out. This included the alchemy circle. Opening her eyes the darkness returned.* Was there anything?

Wide-eyed, Kirit stepped back. "How... Did you do that?" Kirit asked, before saying "The whole room turned purple, and there was this wierd circle on the wall... Kind of the thing you would probably see painted all over Kobbeh's room." Kirit paced around the room, stopping right next to the wall where the circle was, and placed his paw where the now near invisible alchemy circle was. "This is it.... It must be our Purple Torch..."

"A button we press?" Kirit said, pushing on where the circle had been. "Maybe not...." He tapped with one of his horns, and again, nothing happened. "Maybe..." Kirit picked up the burning green stone he put down a few feet back, and trotted back over to the circle. with one swift motion, he smacked the stone burning with coldfire right into the circle, where it dissapeared, nothing happening immediately. After a few seconds, the circle appeared again, now brightly glowing green, until it dissapeared again, along with the wall it was on.
