I'm leaving for a week on tuesday, gotta keep this storm from destroying the island. This is thirsty work bein the Sea Demon and all. But I can hold the main part of the storm back.

It was a quite night. The clouds overhead gave off her sgins but we all thought, "we're so close to shore, we'll make it." I ordered all the sails to go up so we can go faster, make it before the strom hit. Just abour as teh main sail went up and we could see the shore with a bare eye she hit. We were tossed and almost sumg round inro the water. We tried are best to faul the sails back. To take away the arm that was the wind. It was too late.
