She was dream about what she felt in her mind was her family but when she looked at them their faces were hidden in shadows Am I forgetting them? Everything around her became dimmer her family fading into the darkness she cried out but no one heard her. She told herself it was a dream but it still felt so sad. She saw a black feather float down to her and as she touched it it vanished. She suddenly felt like she was floating herself huh? She felt warmth next to her and automatically went to cling to it. half asleep she moved in closer to Leo not even knowing it was him she was getting closer to. Her dreams continued through pointless information she learned in books letting her fall deeper into her sleep. she whispered in her sleep "...forget.."

Leo smiled in his sleep as he felt her moving closer to him, he slept all the night through and when the light of the sun his shut eyes he opened then and looked down at her, she was clinging to her and he smiled. He held her close to himself but he didn’t know why, it just made him feel better, some how safer in a strange way. He looked around and saw his sword lying close to him and he turned back to her smiling softly as he waited on her to wake up.

Fayte groaned simply feeling the light and opened her eyes lazily trying to remember everything. She smiled up at Leo who was already awake "g'mornin angel face" she laughed to herself and buried her face in his chest as if hiding from the light of the morning. She yawned again and then looked up at him "hungry? I can find some eggs or unless you want fish" she heard her stomach growl at her and blushed bright red. "see told you I can't miss a meal ha ha"

Leo smiled at her and pulled away from her, he stood up and stretched up, "Eggs sound great, owh and your books there," he said and pointed to the ground behind her. He grabbed his sword and re attached it to his belt, he wasn’t used to being without it, "will you want my help or should I stay here?" he asked and mumbled something, the head from the invisible fire died away and the crisp morning chill sent goose bumps up his arms and he shivered a little and arched his back.

She looked at him sitting up and then stared at the book "I don't understand that stupid book" she sighed and stood up rubbing her eyes with a light yawn. "You can do what you want" she grinned at him shivering a little herself when the fire went out and grinned at him before walking towards the forest. Lets see the spell for locating eggs.... what was it again? She wandered around thinking of the right spell and almost tripped over a broken tree branch "Gosh dang!" she kicked it a little frustrated with herself "Why did I have to be born with clumsiness!? And how come I never pay attention!? And Why am I asking myself questions!?" she rubbed her head and wandered around again

Leo smiled and shook his head, 'she’s not goanna find any soon,' he thought and sighed, he pulled out his sword and turned to face a tree, he stared at the tree and lifted his sword, he ran at it and jumped up high in the air, he thrust his sword into the tree and he went down he split the tree in two. He pulled his sword back and looked at it smiling; he was always proud of how powerful his sword skills were.

She grinned to herself finally remembering the spell. She mumbled the spell aloud and saw that there was a bunch high in the tree where she was "Bingo!" she smiled and started climbing the tree. She climbed to the top and retrieved a bunch of eggs. she looked at the view from above and realized how high she was. The air was crisp this morning and the sun was bright but that never really meant that something can happen. she sighed to herself thinking about the spell of levitation. "Great I wonder how long it'll take for me to remember this one" she just stared at the eggs while she thought.

Leo walked up behind her and mumbled something, this spell lifted Fayte to the branch and held her there so that she could collect the eggs, "Any good looking ones up there?" he called up to her and watch to make sure that she didn’t fall or move too much to one side and get hurt, he still didn’t understand why he cared so much bout her getting hurt.

She laughed when she was being levitated thinking that this is the closest she could actually get to flying She looked down at him from where she was and yelled back "Yes! Lots!" she began retrieving them placing them in her arms gently careful not to break them "Ok! I'm ready to come down Leo!" she smiled happy because he came to help. "I knew I was taking a long time... I need to learn my spells faster" she began laughing again happy about the levitation

Leo smiled and nodded lowering her back to the ground, he took a few eggs out of her arms and walked them back to camp, he sat down in front of where the fire would be, "You light the fire, you need to learn," he said and put the eggs down in front of him carefully and looked at them, "mmm what one first?" he said and laughed.

She grinned as she sat down happily "Luckily for me I know the fir ones off the bat" she mumbled the words and the fire lit itself "I used to love to make marshmallows so I was able to learn faster" She laughed lightly and watched Leo look at the eggs carefully "Eat the one your holding ha ha. Do you want them scrambled? Omelet? Benedict? Take your pick I'm a good cook" she tilted her head and smiled thinking of things she can put in the omelet salmon

Leo looked at her smiling, "Mmmm Scrambled please" he said and smiled gently, it had been so long since he had eaten scrambled eggs, in fact the last time he had eaten them it was the morning that his family had been killed, a blank excretion crossed his face a he passed the egg to her so that she could use it to cook with, he was thinking about his mother, she had been a tall woman, straight black hair down to her hips and the most stunning blue eyes, he used to have her eyes when he was young, until they were turned to scarlet.

She laid the eggs on the ground for a moment and went to the bag she was caring earlier coming back with a small bowl and a pan. She cracked the eggs and mixed a few ingredients like and expert chef of sorts and then put it into a pan. She remembered the levitation spell and mumbled it using it to hold the pan above the fire. "I like scrambled" She looked up at him noticing he was lost in his thoughts and then stared at the eggs while they cooked

Leo looked at her and a single tear rolled down his cheek, but his tears were like no mortals who’s were maid of salted water, no his were made of pure blood and the red liquid ran down his cheek as he thought of his family, he bit his lip hard and watched her quietly. He had never cried since he had become a dark angel so even he didn’t know that his tears were made of blood. His cheek was now stained scarlet with the liquid and he let out a slow sigh, it actually felt good to cry.

Fayte looked up at him and then jumped up and went over to him "Oh My Gosh! Are you ok!?" she whipped her hand along his cheek trying to wipe away the blood "did I hit you with fire or something?! I'm sorry!" She looked at him a little scared that she did something wrong "Listen, you can hurt me if I did something I desurve it" she was shaking a little But was able to move the eggs away from the fire to cook them self
