It takes a bit of time to chose the picture to chose the design it takes a bit time.

i sorry guys id tell you how but my friends and i did it so i only know how to get the pictures and copy past them on to some program.
then my friend she cuts the pictures and designs them.
And then my other friend animates them.

Yep that was a give in to me xd I have seen it done before, and know a few people who have used the program....just got to know if what I THINK is the program...really IS the program (plus I got to download it xd )

Though, I'm still puzzled how they get those cool background image (i know the color techinque but not that added images in the picture)
