Fought Mean Jo on Tri. After id say 15 mins or so we placed meat for him to eat. Poisoned meat to be precise, he went to it and starting chomping on it, though somehow, he was stuck in his eating animation, the poison, however, taking effect. We waited a good 4 mins then realised that he could be permanently stuck like this, yay for us ^^
That was first time I brought a weapon that couldnt block to a jo quest, felt so proud. ^^

After this happened to me, my friends started calling me "Honorary Prey". you'll understand soon enough.
first time i fought Hypnoc, the cinematic went off where it puts 3 velociprey to sleep. It took off shortly after.
next area, Genprey attacked it. and i mean they attacked IT. they ran straight past me and leapt right at it first thing, I sat there watching, hitting it with dodge-slashes (LS) when it came at me. one died to SAVE me; the other two knocked it over and broke it's beak.
next area, i decide i can attack again, especially since it limped away and went to land in the big tree (great forest obviously). an Ioprey jumps OVER me, right when i went to start my soul gauge attack, and kills the Hypnoc. What was worse; it didn't stop there.
The Ioprey WATCHED me carve it. Stood still staring at me for all 3. then, attacked the body after i got away from it. I couldn't stop laughing... My friend Deity Karsh can act as my witness, he was watching my screen since he couldn't play at the time.

My wierdest battle was in tha Jungle Kushala Daora Mission.. I had spent like 45 minutes fighting that thing poisonin it and following it around ..cuz I didnt have tha windbreaker skill yet lol .. So once it got down I started hitting its face and the time whent out I thankfully passed tha mission
Now when I go do it again for parts I found Kushala Terminator !?! Tha dude lost half its face xD I killed him in 2 minutes

Maybe it's just me dang stupid luck or I just suck at MH Tri.
1/3 of the time a monster drop a shiny... it always land on the edge of the map.
I can see it~ but I can't pick'em up... I hated it. gonk

The other day I was in a group doing Jump Four Jaggi. Everyone had either a hammer or a SA, and there was always at least one person being launched into the air at any given time (it seemed like half the time it was me gonk ). The chat log was filled with "Sorry..." and it took us much longer than it should've, but at least we won eventually. xD;

my weirdest thing was: i was fighting the lao shan lung, nothing special. until he got to the end of area 4. my older brother (longsword) went on ahead while i stayed back, chipping away at him with my bow. Then HE TURNED AROUND! he litterally walked back to the start area O.o we lost cause only i could hit it T.T

rathalos2006 The Kut-Ku jumped, it usually lands. Not this time though, it seemed to disapear. I found it soon enough, it did one of Rathalos's attacks, that fly-round-swoop-down thing. I saw it land afterwards, but then it jumped again, and did it again. Then it came charging out of what seemed like no where. That fight was a b***h. ive had that happen tome wierd

Wavemaster Ryan My weirdest battle so far would also have to be against a kushala daora, it was my second time fighting one and I didn't know that the damage you do to it would cary over to the next time you fight it if it fled from the battle from be for (well that or my game messed up), so when I saw it the next time I hit the thing three times and it died. s**t really i never noticed all that work i do it and the damage carries

My was when i was killing mini kutku i was on my fifth one and it went to an area with bullfango (how I hate bullfango) and the bulls end up charging it when ever it charged me.

My friend Deity Karsh can act as my witness, he was watching my screen since he couldn't play at the time. lucky...those little assholes always take my stamina down (I use gun lances.), or pounce on my back, making me take a huge attack from the big guy I'm attacking. My weirdest battle was around the time I FIRST got MH Freedom. I was battling a giadrome, and I was having a hard time. (This was back in my noob days...I can kill some of the hella hard ones now.) The battle itself wasn't exactly the weird part...it was how it ended. The giadrome jumped REALLY REALLY high somehow, and I was dicking around with my lance. I thrusted it up, and accidentally hit the button to fire my gun lance. The shot hit the giadrome right out of the air, killed it, and blew it back away from me. I was like, "HOLY s**t! I want to do it again..." But it never happened again...oh, and the ending picture was epic. It was about to land on me, the lance looked like it is IN the giadrome, and the fire had just came out of the lance. xd

Mine would have to be on Tri. Killing a small little dog size Uragaan. It felt like kicking a small dog across a football field. gonk

Weirdest battle had to be a Kut-Ku, when it started flappin it's wings and jumping around, it kinda did a double jump into the air and landed on my cat

Mine was on tri last night. Me and some friends were fighting a gobul in a sea of dragons, and at some point, it just kept backing up until it passed the entrance to the fishing hole. It kept backing up for like 5 minutes and then swam toward us, teleporting to the next area.

BahaumutZero I killed a Ples in the water. It just sank to the bottom and floated all the way to the top, belly up. I was flamed by my party cuz they wanted the carves. xd Happened to me two. biggrin
