Sungeance held his head high and held back, watching everyone else. He had been hoping that Hatar would tell him more about his scandalous past... but as he didn't, the young albino quietly memorized the story and put it away, to be used when the time came.

When Trinia landed, Sungeance couldn't help but stand as straight as he could, tail proudly free of the sand and transparent wings slightly akimbo, as though he could take to the sky with one strong, majestic stroke. Of course he couldn't, but that was the impression he was unconsciously striving to achieve.

He was both delighted and disappointed when she asked him for the next location of the well. Sungeance had wanted to milk Hatar for all he could, make the older dragon beg for the life-giving liquid... But he felt kind of fuzzy when he knew that he could do something to make her happy.
