Breakfast: Three mini-sized pancakes with syrup.
Drink: 8oz 1% milk.
Lunch: Strawberry shortcake.
Drink: 20oz of water and 1 cup sweetened coffee.
Snack: Bite-size of milky way and some frosting. sweatdrop
Dinner: Japanese Noodles with spices, cup of rice with corn and peppers.
Drink: 40oz of water.
Exercise:
45 minutes on elliptical with resistance of 2.
10 minutes on treadmill on 'Xtreme'.
50 bench presses
40 lateral bar pull down thingies
20 crunches on Ab Lounge
Drink: Hot tea with honey.

Estimated Calories: 1355 - 376 exercise = 979.

Breakfast: 1 cup Musilex with 1% milk.
Drink: 20oz water.
Lunch: Tuna sandwich with mayo and relish on white bread.
Drink: 20oz water.
Snack: Small handful of salted peanuts.
Drink: 20 oz water.
Dinner: Salad with lite dressing, two small slices of pizza off of a friend. Then got home and had a small portion of roast and potatoes.
Drink: Sweetened tea and a few strawberries.
Exercise: Just work stuff. Sister didn't feel like working out and I did not want to go alone.

Estimated Calories: 1250-70 exercise = 1180

Late Breakfast: Tortilla with cheese and Taco Bell hot sauce.
Drink: 20oz of water.
Lunch: Ranch snack wrap from McDonalds.
Drink: 1 cup coffee and 1 cup cocoa.
Snack: Chopped up carrot and chopped up celery with ranch dressing.
Dinner: Slice of tiny pizza, bowl of pasta a friend brought in.
Exercise: Lifting 50+ boxes at work, walking to post office for work, running up stairs.
Gym Workout:
Thirty minutes on the treadmill on 'xtreme'.
15 minutes on the elliptical.
30 Bench presses
20 Ab Lounge Crunches
20 Lateral pull-downs.
Drink: 40 oz water and cup of hot tea.

Estimated Calories: 1350 - 350 workout = 1000


OMG. I feel like I am going insane. The girl at my job quit (bosses favorite) so it is ONLY ME and my lazy boss to run the entire bookstore. I am working all her shifts and mine, and by the federal workstudy laws it says I should only get max of 20 hours. Plus, I have to tutor students in which those hours factor in to the maximum 20 as well. So basically I'm working like 30+ but only getting 20 hours a check and having to have the school owe me money when my hours go back to normal. On top of that, my boss really does not like me and while she sits on her computer and takes personal calls on the phone, I am left to do all the tasks of both facilities and bookstore.

Then at home. My mom is always fricken angry at everyone. I'm so tired trying to be the mediator between my mother and my sister. I worry so much about her because my mom is really cruel. She only insults her when talking to her, and she is only nice to me when she is wanting money. Now she is saying if I do not give her $150 we are going to be kicked out. I took some time off of work for a concert and this paycheck I have my own bills to take care of (credit card payment, cell phone payment, etc.).


Between my mom, my boss, my loads of homework from teachers, the only true relief I get is exercising and knowing that I am bettering myself.

Then the fact that I have such a hard time controlling my hunger in class. I mean, I do so good in the daytime, but then class starts and WHAM. I tell my friends I am on a diet but they keep feeding me. With all this stress I feel like I am going to explode. I don't really talk about it though because I feel that not many people would really care. My mom says I only have a full time job but with everyone I am doing, I am out of the house 60+ hours a week with everything. I feel better when I eat better, but some days my intentions just fly out the window. sweatdrop

Drink: Cup of British style tea.
Lunch: Honey Oat bar.
Drink: 20oz water.
Snack: 10 chips with salsa, chocolate covered pretzel.
Drink: 16oz fruit punch.
Drink: 20oz of water.
Dinner: Two card size pieces of steak, 1 cup mashed potato.
Exercise:
50 minutes on Elliptical
25 bench presses
20 lateral pull-down things.

Breakfast: Two pieces of white toast with 1 tablespoon butter and a small dab of honey.
Drink: 1 cup 1% milk.
Lunch: 1/2 pack of Gardetto's.
Drink: 20 oz of water.
Snack: Fruit snacks, strawberry flavored with 100% vitamin C and real juice.
Drink: 20oz water.
Dinner: Spaghetti with meat.
Drink: Kroger version of a slimfast shake.
Exercise:
30 minutes lifting heavy boxes.
Pushing around dolly with 200+ pounds of paper.


Estimated Calories: 1350-100 exercise = 1250

Breakfast: All Bran brown sugar cinnamon pouch.
Drink: 20oz water.
Lunch: 1/2 cheese hamburger with fries, side of salad with ranch. sweatdrop
Drink: Two cups of coffee, sweetened.
Exercise: Walk to and from work at a bit faster than normal walking pace.
Drink: 20oz water.
Snack: Few squares of chocolate with almond.
Dinner: 2 cups cooked white rice. Some chopped up pineapple.

Estimated Calories: 1010 - 167 exercise = 843

It sucks, today is the last semi-warm day before a HUGE blizzard to hit Colorado again. We've already had a total of eight blizzards this winter, and I am so tired of it. gonk I want warmth, and to go one day without having to wear two layers of coats.

Anyhow, I was chosen to be crew of the club! I am so excited! It will really keep me motivated now because as a Mod, I will be looked upon -- and knowing that makes me want to do better. 4laugh

On a funny side note, I have a huge zit on my cheek that hurts so bad. It is huge and is making my entire cheek red. I cleaned off the area, tried to pop but it will not, so I have a big gwob of toothpaste on it to try and try it out. crying

Breakfast: Progresso's Tomato Soup (3/4 serving).
Drink: Dole's pinapple/orange/banana juice. (8oz) (Didn't think juice had so many calories but it does! stare At least it's good for me.)
Lunch: Quesadilla (1 tortilla with couple squares of cheese).
Drink: 20oz water.
Snack: Couple squares of chocolate and a Tuna sandwich W/Mayo on wheat.
Dinner: Noodles in cream of mushroom sauce with spinage.
Drink: 20oz water.
Exercise:
35 minutes on Elliptical with resistance 2.
20 minutes on treadmill on weightloss with 4.0 speed
30 lateral bar pull-down on 35 weights
20 chair bench presses on 20 weight
20 Ab Lounge Crunches
Drink: 40oz water and cup of sweetened tea.

Estimated Calories: 1250 - 405 exercise = 845

Drink: Strawberry Banana juice (8oz).
Lunch: 1 1/2 Tuna Sandwich w/mayo, lettuce, tomato, and relish and grain bread.
Drink: 20oz Water.
Drink: Cup of sweetened coffee.
Snack: Handful of baked fries with ketchup.
Drink: 20oz water.
Dinner: Steak with a potato.

Breakfast: Yogurt with granola.
Drink: 6 oz Vitamin D milk.
Drink: 20oz water.
Lunch: Salad with non-fat ranch and few bits of chicken.
Drink: 20oz water.
Snack: Orange and one of those health rice cakes.
Drink: 40oz water.
Dinner: 6 slices of small pizza (about two and half bites a piece).
Drink: Sweetened british style tea.

Estimated Calories: 1164.

I am too tired to work out tonight. I was gone all day at work and then class right after a nine hour shift so I am quite sleepy. I also have to get up early tomorrow so I just want to enjoy this evening.

I did my weigh-in! I don't think it's very accurate in that I may not have lost too much weight, but I am bench pressing double from when I started and my body has grown adapt to working out. So I'm thinking it muscle or I am making excuses. I also care more about inches. wink

Lunch: Nothing at all. sweatdrop Too busy at work to really eat. But I'm sure my class snacks will make it up.
Drink: Small sips of horrible tasting coffee and 40oz water.
Class snack: 1 cup Progresso Soup, rice cake, couple bites of a pizza, and an apple.
Drink: 40oz water.
Dinner: Couple steak bits and a potato.
Drink: Sweetened tea.

Breakfast: 1/2 an apple.
Drink: 1 cup of sweetened coffee.
Lunch Chinese vegitable thing with 1/2 cup rice and eggroll (Ate really late, as I was at work and had to wait for the okay).
Drink: 20oz water.
Dinner: Spaghetti with 4 tablespoons tomato sauce, couple scalloped potatoes.
Exercise: Running back and forth between buildings at work (Literal running).

Estimated Calories: 855 - 60 exercise = 795

Gah, I hate working these long nine hour shifts. Never getting to know when you are going to be able to get a lunch, etc. I ate a small breakfast because I knew I was going to be eating out for lunch, but my boss just brought me back food and had me eat it while I worked. sweatdrop I didn't have to pay, but didn't get a nice hour to read a good book while eating. It least she (my boss) understands that I am on a diet and gets me the healthiest thing she can when she is feeling generous. wink

So yeah, again today I really do not have the energy to exercise. I need to go home and take a bath and really start on my college homework and stuff. Ever since the other employee left, it is just me and my work is too exhausting to try and exercise now when I'm already feeling like I'm going to pop. I will workout Friday, Saturday, and Sunday though to get my 3x a week.

Breakfast: 1/2 Pita bread stuffed with 1/2 can tuna, mayo, lettuce, and relish.
Drink: Cup of British tea.
Lunch: 6 small slices of pizza, 1 cup salad with low-fat ranch. sweatdrop
Drink: 10 oz diet cola (their water machine broke).
Drink: 40oz water.
Dinner: Three small sausage rolls.
Drink: 20oz water.
Exercise: 30 minutes on the elliptical. Today has been a long day so I didn't do anything else.
Drink: 20oz water.

Estimated Calories: 1458 - 300 workout = 1158

I wasn't expecting such a huge lunch! o_o; I was sitting with my friend at one of our posts for a riddle/treasure hunt thing for my college campus, and she brought me with her family to a cheap pizza restaurant and kept feeding me. I wanted to see how a bit lunch instead of dinner works out and I really think it sucks honestly. By dinner time I get wicked bad food cravings. Even right now I'm dying to go and get something from the fridge, then though I just worked out and have had plenty of water.

Tomorrow though I am going to work out a ton (after completing my homework, of course). I really want to make up for this pretty bad week and make sure that I'm getting enough exercise to balance my food. neutral

Drink: Tea that she brought with the chinese.

Drink: 40oz water.

Exercise:
20 minutes on treadmill with running spurts
1 hour on elliptical switching resistance 2-3
30 bench presses
30 lateral bar
Heavy physical activities at work.

20 minutes on treadmill with 3.5 incline and 3.5 speed.
