Exhausted as she was, she wasn't asleep, though she pretended to be, in hopes that she wouldn't have to pretend to feel sad that someone had died.
Lunel did feel sad, but it wasn't in her nature to express such things, and many often felt that her apparent lack of caring was disrespectful. She had paid her respects to the dead and wanted to move on with it. She listened for a few more moments, then shifted and curled up into a ball on the seat of the chair, curving her battered wings around her tired body.

"Damn....caught. At least he has smokes." She sat up and looked at him.
"You know me too well." She said, taking a cig out of the box, smelling it and sighing a bit before she lit it and took a long drag.
She waited a minute before she looked up at him and spoke.
"So. Just how crazy do you think I am?"

She looked down at the cigarette for a moment, then looked back up at him.

She walked up next to him and leaned against the railing as well.
"Obviously you don't think I'm as crazy as I thought you would. I was willing to write the first time off as seeing stuff until I saw him again and he made two Voids just disappear."

She looked down and smiled.
"But I really do think it was him, in some form at least. I just can't understand why I was the only one that saw him. That doesn't make sense." Lunel let out a long sigh and dropped the cigarette butt to the ground and stepped on it.

Maybe he only had enough power to contact one of us. Or maybe you're closer to the answer. Or maybe you were closer to him...
That is the best I can do, there. Lotus could shape it at will...
Oh, and my access has been revoked and I've been replaced.

She watched the clouds with interest for a bit, before turning back to Baynes.
"Closer to him? You probably knew him better than I did, didn't you? But replaced? That doesn't sound good for us."

No, it't not good for us, especially me, because my replacement is a vindictive little b***h...
As for knowing him, I did know him longer than you. But I think he liked you more.
