Although someone did make an interesting comment, that maybe the game are just the same story but told different each time. Think of it as like with dragon, each culture has a thing on dragon, but told differently, but basically the same thing. You know what I mean? That goes for fairies too.

Ryoohki_946 Ok I could finally read it but I just got even more confused! gonk That's what I thought! gonk It's a bit useless to be honest, it doesn't answer any of the questions you may have had but just addresses them and then show you even more flaws!

Hmm, really? I found it interesting. But I do like the comment, why not just let it be known that each Zelda game is around the same legend, but told differently by each person, each generation, each country, each era. Not nearly as confusing and still (sort of, in my mind anyway) solves some of the problems. =P It's like when you and friends go to the movies, you all saw the same movie, but got a different impression of it one way or another. I dunno, for me I just stick with that sort of idea, I try not to even bother confusing myself with the timeline. xp It's just too much.

That would be cool, but how could you compare games like OoT and Windwaker? They're both totally different!

So basic story line but told through a different generation of people in a new country/setting. So yeah, OoT would be one story, then as the years went by, it somehow evolved into like, MM or WW. Or in this other country, instead of OoT, it would be TP. God I hope I'm not making this even more confusing. x.x

I have my own theory. Every single one takes place in a different dimension. You see, according to Yuko, in every dimension, there are people who share the same soul, but are raised under completely different conditions. Someone could technically be your best friend in one world and your enemy the next. It is very possible that they are all seperate dimensions, but many share the same defining event in their past (origional LoZ) that would bring about the legend. Or, it's like the game of telephone, which originated seperately in many different countries. Perhaps there is only one Triforce, shared by all the different dimensions, and literally everyone in all dimensions are fighting for it, causing the same events to develop in isolated alternate dimensions?

Hmm...I see..that could make sense..but yeah there are stories that are completely diffrent from each other...You know..what I think is that we all just have to wait till the end of the Zelda series to find out. *A sad day that will be.* gonk I am curious to find out what the ending will be... but I don't want it to end either. heh. (this timeline conversation has become utterly confusing... I just don't know what to say =O)

There wasn't Ganondorf in Majora's Mask, but I didn't think that Skull Kid was that great of a villain, rather the mask.
