Lydia sighed, bored again, and took out her sketchbook, working on the unfinished drawing she had been working on for a couple days. She fiddled with her hair while she drew, whisping it around her finger and unwinding it.

The boring class was almost over. Thank the stars.

"So are you up for the mall this afternoon?" Scarlet asked Keena. Thinking devilishy, she turned to Rico. "Do you want to come with us?" she asked nicely. Scarlet knew the innate sins of humans, and although they hated against the popular people, she knew deep down everybody just wanted to be included. But yes, Scarlet WAS up to something as always. But she needed to convert Rico back to the preppies before it was too late.

"They won't have to know" Scarlet whispered to Rico and winked.

Serenity had long since finished the assignment and was bored out of mind. She began to write a poem on her paper that most would deem depressing. She felt those were the only ones worth writing though. She sighed aside from the guy at lunch and the brief interaction with her teachers no one had said anything to her today. I hate new schools, but that guy, what was his name oh yeah Rico, he was nice. Oh look that cloud looks like a deformed bunny and it's being chased by a frog. she thought to herself as she looked out the window and patiently awaited the bell.

Serenity snapped her head up at the sound of a voice by her ear. She was slightly annoyed that he had interrupted her and she waited a moment before answering him desprate to remember her last verse after she finished she placed her pencil down and gazed at him. "It's a poem," she replied keeping her gaze carefully guarded. She appeared to be smiling. She began to gather her things and stood as the bell rang. " I'll be going now to my next class," she stated hurriedly as she read her schedule again.

Lydia mentally sighed.
Awww c'mon, you don't even like the mall! she mentally chided herself. THough it would be nice to get asked to go somewhere.

Rico was unsure was to think as Scarlet slapped people with her credit card, and he gave each person an apologetic look, and then he turned to Scarlet as she told them she had a secret. Personally he loved secrets. Something about being trusted just made him feel special, and most people trusted him. “And what might it?” Really he just wanted to get the talking over with though, for he’d already spotted all of the stores he wanted to go to.

Keena was ecstatic about shopping today. Normally it was just Scarlet, herself, and a few other girls, but today her one true love was with them. She could barely stop herself from becoming giddy and showing her happiness, but it was well know that her crush on Rico was a secret one that was never to get to him. Well, not really the crush itself, it was okay if he knew she liked him, but the obsession part of it all. She too looked to Scarlet, along with all of the other girls, and waited to hear the words of their leader.

Rico was unsure of this. Drugs of any kind frightened him, because he knew all to well what they did to people, because they were always addicting. Also, if it wasn’t on the market it was doubtful him mother would be proud of him being a judge, and his father would be weary of any side effects also. Still, who was he to refuse a first time. He followed Scarlet’s example and all eyes turned to him. Of course the drugs would give people powers based on their personalities and such. Still, he didn’t reveal any power he might have attained, for her was really just afraid of it.

Keena meanwhile was smiling brightly at this new gift given to her by Scarlet and instantly took the drugs. She instantly felt her body heat increase and her mouth became a little parched. Even her breathing was affected for a moment, though she quickly gained control over herself. While she had an idea of what she could do, she was still unsure, though she was bound to fine out. “Now, how to start fires.” She asked herself quietly, and she snapped her fingers with an idea, and there sparked a flame. She smiled once more in delight.

It would appear that Rico could charm people in a sense, or at least more so than he could before. Everyone seemed to look to him just a little more, with even more lust in there eyes. Of course, they were only affected enough to want him more, not do whatever he wanted them to. No, for that he would soon find out he'd have to individually choose people, and the people would be a limited number.
