SatoshixDaisuke pairing= See the above? Almost the complete opposite, kthx. {Seme/Uke is BS anyways, pairings don't work like that. The 'height rule' is mindless. mad }

I think it's honestly because Krad and Daisuke look like girls. Daisuke acts like a girl, sometimes, too...
When I write...I try to make Krad...not...girly? What? Hmm...
I think I tweak his personality just a bit; If you're writing AU, sometimes you have to do that. I imagine, what if Krad didn't hate Dark? And then I reminisce on how he reacts with other characters...which is mildly difficult since the only time he's ever reacted with another character (aside from Sato and Dai) was with Risa/Riku at the end of the anime (<--The anime that I've dreamed up, of course)...and that made no sense. What is he talking about, 'Why do you all have the same eyes?', What's that supposed to mean. Jeez. Make some sense! Argh...
So...I improvise. Instead of being homicidal (Which I dislike when people call him that--he only wants to kill Dark and/or the Niwa. You don't see him going after Kei or Takeshi, do you?) I make him...gritty. Like...well, whatever. I hate my fanfictions, becuase I used to write bad, and then when I got a little better, I realized that my perspectives of everyone had changed, so now I have to rewrite and...Pssht.
This is quite a long post. I don't mind if you've skipped over it all. ^^'

In AU, tweaking is damn hard to avoid. Hell, -I- tweak, but I try to make it believable. I like writing him with a volatile temperament, minus killing Daisuke/and or Dark. I'll also admit to having written some godawful fanfiction in ENGRISH, these fics no longer exist anywhere, because they sucked.
Anyhow, I'm not talking about slighter, more believeable changes, i'm referring to mutilation. Reasonable changes are something I can handle without wanting to vomit. When someone completely warps the character's personality, is when I go "WTF MAN." Like keeping the character's name and nothing else, just making it a completely different character that happens to have the same name.
It'd be like..

Giving Daisuke the personality of Caim.{ Drakengard.}
Example 2: Krad does not like Daisuke in the actual series. Writing them as a couple for no reason other than "its CUTE and they're so good together" isn't believeable, even in AU. It'd make more sense for him to dislike Daisuke, and simply omit the "mind if I kill you?" parts. It'd be more believeable.
By the way, I dislike homicidal as a descriptive phrase. ;3 People, you can think of better. ...Selective homicide? {I'm grimacing}

I know! Oh, the HORRIBLE AU fics I've seen! Rarely are they done well...Even I've written crap that sucked and everyone was OOC! Except for Dark, and Daisuke, and Sato...well, I guess the only person that was OOC was Krad, but I'm doing some hard-core revision so he can fit back into his little shell of un-OOC-ism.
It kills me. It really KILLS me to see Krad/Daisuke pairing. It makes me want to tear out my own eyes, and tear out my neighbors eyes, and rip out the spine of the writer of that accursed fanfiction...
It is so very wretched. I was on FF.net, just browsing, and the only fanfiction that's being updated, it seems, are KRAD/DAI pairings. Nooo....
Selective homicide is a wee bit better...but...not much. It still makes me sad.
I hate what they did with the anime. I could rant and rave, but I feel like I've done it enough. I hate the translations, and I hate the voices. I hate the anime, and I hate the plot...I HATE what they did to Krad more than anything, and that CRAPPY ending they gave it (That wasn't an ending, even. It just SUCKED.)
WHY, GOD, WHY!?
Krad says so many stupid things in the English version. And I'm such an idiot for still watching it....he might have been a little better in the japanese voicing, but overall...the anime still makes me cry out of sheer pity. Why does it have to suck so much?

Mind numbingly bad drivel? Its everywhere. As I say..."I think your AU highschool slashfic sucks." ..Or, "Dude. You are TWO CHAPTERS into this story, and they're already...oh my".
..I can't write Daisuke. D:< or Emiko. I might write a badfic intentionally, just to be an agitant. Just to see if anyone'll recognize it as satire.
I've been caught staring at the computer with this "WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU" look whenever I stumble upon one.
Whenever I browse FFN, I find nothing but DarkxDaisuke fics..which..also does not sit well with me. {Though more tolerable than KradxDaisuke, ew. wtfwtfwtfwtf. AND PEOPLE'S MOUTHS DO NOT TASTE LIKE -SUGARYFOOD-. } Even more annoying, though, is that every DarkDai fic has atleast one review saying "Omg! Theres no DarkxDai fics anywheres!" {Are people...blind? Or..stupid? Or both? Theres tons of it.}
Mmhmm.

I've done it too much, i've ranted about random details that irritate me. {Lighthouses are better than..freezers. It took twenty minutes to make me shut up.} The translation wasn't satisfactory, especially the translations of the songs. {A correct translation of Rakuen doesn't exist online.} The English voices..could've been better, but some of them didn't make my ears bleed. What plot? This "anime" that I dreamt up was plotless, mindless filler. {FILLER ABOUT WITH.} Krad was murder happy and little else, which is why a lot of people consider him a mindless antagonist. {Because they only watched the 'anime'. Character bashing=Retarded. Stop.} That was an...ending...?! I thought that was supposed to be pure suck in animated form. O:
He does say some pretty dumb stuff. Dx And y'know..he wasn't exactly nice to look at. Takeshi Kusao's voice acting makes me happy..He also did Kougaiji's voice in Saiyuki.
BECAUSE THEY WANT TO IRRITATE PEOPLE THAT LIKE PLOT, CHARACTERIZATION, AND GOOD ANIMATIONSES.

First things first, I love Takeshi Kusao. He slays me...He has one of the sexiest voices I have ever heard. The fact that he played Krad bodes well with me, because if the anime had been AT LEAST HALFWAY DECENT, he would have been totally kickass.
I just watched all over the 7th DVD last night in japanese last night, (Why? I know it sucks, but I still love DNAngel. I couldn't stop myself.) and the 'ending' made NO SENSE. I just spent the last half hour consulting a friend, asking if it made sense to her--and of course, she wouldn't have seen the last DVD, so I went so far as to 'reinact' scenes [The stabbing of Kei was my favorite]. To say the least...she had no idea what was going on.
I like to consider myself a pretty...I don't know--SMART--person, and that ending sucked so much that I don't even know what HAPPENED. They could have done a little more explaining, you know. Not that it would have helped at all--it still would have sucked...maybe just not so bad.
Lighthouses kick freezers a**. Filler about With! I said that to this friend of mine! THAT DAMNABLE RABBIT THING WAS IN IT MORE THAN KRAD, AND YET, IT WAS BECAUSE OF KRAD THAT THE ANIME ENDED. WTF? WHY!? > sad
I still like the name 'Wiz' more....With confuses me. Poor Krad...he's so misunderstood. He's not really murder happy!

D< I've got a mental image, it involves stick figures reinacting scenes from a mediocre anime.. xd SOME explanation would've been better than what they gave, which was..essentially, nothing. It still would've sucked, the pink skirt ruined the whole thing for me.. AND EPISODE THREE. I'm not rewatching to get the exact numbers, I need to take care of my eyes--not hurt 'em all the time. ..BUT HE WANTED TO DESTROY EVERYTHING GET A BODY. AND WITH IS KAWAIIDESUNE AND NONE OF THE JAPS LIKE KRAD. AND THEY HAD TO BUTCHER PERSONALITIES BECAUSE OF BAD IMPROVISION AND LACK OF THOUGHT.
