baby_girlz picard is in the french version piers is in the english one.... Hmm.. I always thought Picard was an early translation that they didn't use in the end...well I guess you learn something new everyday! smile

Piers all the way! Whenever I think of Picard I think of an old bald guy on Star Trek!Though I think that he should try a new hairstyle.Too many pony tails in the game lol.

I'm actually surprised that there are that many people who like him with the name "Piers". On other forums there're so many "HIS NAME IS PICARD, FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!" threads that the protests of the pro-Piers people are completely drowned out. I expected a 1:20 or something.
Myself, I like Picard better. It just sounds better. Piers, as someone mentioned earlier, is such a horrible pun. And...Y'know, whenever I see the word "Picard", I get this image of a lord in a flowing, dark blue cloak. With blue hair, naturally. ^_^
