Little brother? thought Megan. This was getting confusing. Ah well. As long as someone was there to stop Laures from hurting poor Gabriel. He was quiet now, standing behind Vade defiantly. All the same, she added for good measure, "It's okay now, Gabriel. Everything's okay."

"Pft..Little brother hmn..Thats fine..I've vowed never to hit someone unless they really deserve it..Your lucky this guy was around Gabriel. The next time I'll be sure to catch you alone."
He looked over at Vade.
"To bad you and I had to start out on the wrong foot."
Laures turned to look over at Megan. Giving her a slight glare before heading off and going back to his dorm.
Gabriel watched Laures. He found his body shivering abit. As Laures left Gabriel caught his breath and tried to keep himself calm. He looked up at Vade whom had stood between the two. And couldn't help but wrap his arms around Vade..but he realized what he was doing and let go quickly.
"Em..T..thank you Vade...You to Megan..I um..I'm sorry..."

Vade tensed when he felt the arms wrap around him. He could feel his blood still pumping with adrenaline at the prospect of a worthwhile fight. He wanted to fight that guy...
Gabe's voice brought him back to reality, and he unclenched his fists, letting out a deep breath.
"It's no problem," he muttered.

Megan shared a quick glance with Vade, wondering if he knew what was going on. She got the feeling he didn't. Amazing! He stood up for Gabriel anyway... "Gabe. Listen. This boy, who just stood up for you without knowing why or what you'd done to get Laures so mad is your best friend. Anyone who would do that for you is. Thanks, Vade." And with that, she turned and followed Laures to the dorm.

He nodded to what Megan said as he watched her leave. He looked over at Vade..he knew that what Laures had done made him very upset..Gabriel didn't want to get pushed around anymore..He wanted to get stronger so he could defend himself..ever since he got here Vade had been standing up for him. Looking around Gabriel walked over to a ten pound weight and picked it up..it was very heavy for him but he did it anyway.

"Hey Gabe, don't start out with one that's too heavy. You'll just tear your muscles, start with a five pounder," Vade noted, without having moved from the spot he was in.

"Eh alright.."
Gabriel set the weight down on the ground and looked around for a five pound one. He soon found one and picked it up. It was heavy but he could handle it better. He walked back over to Vade.
"Um I've seen people doing this before..do I just lift it up and down with my arms?"

Vade blinked, "yeah, twelve reps each arm then see how you feel and we'll try working a different muscles."

Gabriel nodded and stood there. Doing his best to fullfill what Vade had asked him to do. Just doing twelve reps for each arm made him ache all over..but he couldn't give up. If he did he'd continue to get picked on by Laures..and he'd already had enough run ins with him. He wanted to get strong so he could depend on himself. As soon as Gabriel finished the last rep for both arms he sighed and looked over at Vade. His arms aching abit.
"This is really difficult...How do you do this?"

"Years of practice," Vade replied. "It takes time, it's not going to happen over night. If you're having trouble with that, we probably shouldn't keep going, lifting with your tricep is even harder. Tomorrow we can work on this again."

"Okay..Yeah I guess you should take it a little bit at a time. That way you don't strain your muscles and such. "
Gabriel nodded and walked over to Vade. Rubbing his arms abit.
"I'll go get changed so we can go into town."
Gabriel turned and headed to the locker to take a fast shower and get into his normal cloths.

Vade pulled on his shirt changed back into his normal clothes as Gabe was showering and waited in the hallway outside the locker room.

Gabriel finished and stepped out into the hall. He looked over at Vade and then turned towards the exit.
"Alright I'm all done. Lets head out to the town."

Rei looked around the area to find it empty. "What a shame." She muttered. She set all of her belongings down and went into the Locker room. She didn't want to go to her dorm room just yet. She wanted to get some exercise in. She found the locker that was assigned to her and quickly got into uniform. She then walked outside to the track and did some stretches.
Once she finished, she began to jog around the track. She loved the feeling of the wind against her face. 'I wonder how that baka, Nisha, is doing.' She grinned at the thought. It was because of her Nisha got expelled just because of some homework. 'Serves her right for trying to stand up to me.'
