Evil_Mistressof_Buahaha anchant solbrum wasn't in it at all! angela was in the wrong town. eragon already knows that arya is the princess. the entire last fight was wrong.they put it into two days instead of months. murtagh led eragon to the varden. umm... the fight never lasted months stare *coughs*idiot & its solbum not solbrum.!!! if you're going to critisise someone else's spelling get it right yourself. his name is solumbum, not solbum.

i agree that i doubt they can make an eldest movie while really keeping to the story line. i agree that they could have done much much much better even not compairing it totally to the book. they left out lots of the exciting parts. i understand why saphira grew up so fast and i kind of liked the way they did it. i understand why it cant be too long. but still.....

just so u all know. if u get the special edition DVD, it has all the deleted scenes on it, like Katrina helping Eragon at the butcher shop. the blessing of the baby, and the twins examination at farthen dur. even though they messed those up as well, u get to see em anyways.

once again, I must declare this...this abominable injustice and wrong that has been commited against Paolini's work! HOW ARE THEY GONNA MAKE THE SECOND FRIGGIN MOVIE IF HE DOESN'T HAVE THE SCAR FROM DURZA?!?!?! THAT IS WHAT GIVES THE WHOLE PLOT ITS ... dare I say it?...angst!!!!!! I have one thing to say to the director...:
FOCUS LESS ON THE SPECIAL EFFECTS AND MORE ON THE FRIGGIN PLOT!!!!!!
Phew! Done my ranting for now!

Done my ranting for now! even though they dont' show the scar on Eragons back, in the fight against Durza he does get slashed across the back in the same way described in the book. I think it sucks that they don't show the scar or any of the other parts they left out.

It was so bad! They never showed Solembum... crying And -- they had most of it wrong! They gave away most of the story at the very beginning!

I am so angry! I actually PAID MONEY to go rent it, and I was so mad. My brother was going to read the book, and since he has only seen the movie says that the BOOK is the one that's wrong! AAARRRGGGHHH!!!
