Kyle stood in deep thought for a moment. He ooked around the area and then responded, "I think one's death is the mark of fulfillment of one's life. I think it comes when you have done enough good on this world that you don't need to reside on this peice of s**t rock." He smirked, "That you finally can go to someplace where you can realx...and JUST relax." He gave a look like that was the end of his answer but he added something, "BUT! But the real question is do you think the timing of one's death is his or her destiny? Do you even believe in destiny? I've been waiting to get a second opinion on this for a while."

Fina waited for kyle to finish answering before she looked up to Brian. With that, she reached up and drew her Katana, slowly so as not to cause anyone to think she was going to attack. Next, she drew her Tanto from the pocket of her coat. "These have been a part of my family for a long time.... Or should I say my family has been a part of them when they're done their time on this world." She said. She didn't want to have to go into the details of her spiritual beleifs, but she'd just give a basic description. "When my time comes, then I'll be with the rest of my family, and these blades-" She said, moving the blades back to their sheaths, grabbing her Colt 1911 and drawing it, holding it pointed to the ground as was usual safety precautions for any shooting range. "-And this gun will go to my children, just as they've been passed to me." She said, then set the gun back into her holster at the back side of her belt, beleiving herself to have thoroughly enough answered the question. She'd give more details if he wanted more, but for the moment that was all that was needed...

After answering Brians question, she looked to Kyle. "I beleive in a type of Destiny, but I don't beleive that the timing of someone's death is included..." She said. "I beleive that it is a persons destiny to be who they were born to be. Look at us for example... I was born to end lives like most of you were..."

Seamus admired the Blades that Fina carried. He'd heard that Japanese swords were works of art, but these really were fine blades. Hearing her views on destiny started Seamus thinking, he'd never relly thought about it, but now that he did...
'I don't believe in it. My family weren't soldiers by trade. My Grandfather had been drafted, my father was a metal worker. In all the time my family has been on this earth, we've tried to avoid being soldiers. Except me. I chose to join the armed forces. If my family had a destiny on it, then wouldn't I have also avoided fighting?' He looked over at his rifle. The wood stock and metal action, darkened by age. He thought of how his Grandfather had given it to him, more out of superstition then tradition. He thought of the future.
'No. Destiny doesn't exist in my opinion. Life is too full of choices.'

[The Katana and Tanto. Katana's the longest(Obviously) and the Tanto is the smallest.]

Fina hadn't thought differently than Seamus had about her blades. She'd see them every day and she still thought they were both deadly works of art as well. The Handleguard was decorated with a japanese dragon around it, the handle itself being pure black. The handle looked to be relatively new, as if it'd been replaced or extemely well kept. The blade was well taken care of as well, having been sharpened to the point that a mere tap against it would draw blood. As well, the sword didn't look the least bit bloody, having always been cleaned after being used. The tanto was exactly the same, except it didn't have a handleguard.

After listening to Seamus' answer, she spoke to him. "Indeed there are alot of choices, but I beleive they only take you down another path leading to the same destination... An entire family taking one profession doesn't mean that the next child will take the same profession.... I know my family wasn't always one of killers all the way back to its very roots. Maybe for a long, long time, but not from the very beginning..." She smiled. "It wouldn't surprise me if the one to start my family down this road was originally a blacksmith..." She said moving her hand up to tap the handle of her sword as it sat in its sheath. She wasn't really sure if the sword was exactly that old, but as her parents had told her, the blades were passed down for a long time.

Carlos remained at his booth during the whole conversation the others were having. As soon as he entered into the firing range he found an empty booth and placed his gun on the counter, full magazine just below it. He had leaned against the side of his booth and had come to realize just now that he was hidden from view from the rest of the initiates. From the time he arrived to now he was just listening. He heard the small mumbles from the one dubbed 'Lucky' later on as well as the the small conversation that started with name and rank.

Now, however, the conversation took a more philosophical turn. Destiny and mortality, things that everyone had some type of opinion on. Carlos could differentiate the members by their voice, as that he heard each individual voice state their names. But since he was looking at the group the only one he could tell for sure was Initiate Xanth...Fina. In the small break of the conversation Carlos looked at the different booths where most had left their weapons to socialize. Each having their own style of weaponry.

Carlos decided to move from his secluded area and into view of everyone else. His brown hair was completely dry now due to it being fine and had naturally found their place on his head. They each fell down towards the sides with a few strands of his bangs falling onto his forehead. He stood upright and walked with a tall step towards the small congregation of elite killers as he gathered from the conversation.

"What makes you think there is only one destination?" Carlos asked as he approached the group. He stood outside the circle kind of between Fina and Seamus.

Fina turned and looked back at Carlos. She hadn't even heard him approach since she was into the conversation, and had to make note to not let her perceptions dull any more than they had already. She let a smirk cross her lips for a moment. "Well, Death one of those unavoidable destinations..." She said jokingly. "But I believe a person is born to be good at something. I was born as I am now, the family training merely helped me to get better at it. People become focused during certain things and notice how good they are at them, then they start to enjoy it. Sure they can take other paths at first, but it won't be something they enjoy, and if they take that detour until death, then they reflect on how they should have done things differently on their deathbed, leading them back to their meant destination even if in thought at the end." She said, crossing her arms. "I understand if you don't get it. These are my beliefs alone, and I'm not trying to convince anyone else to change." She finished with a smile.

Kyle nodded hearing the responses and saw Carlos creeping up and gave a slight nod. He smiled, "I love the human mind. It's ability to decipher a single concept so uniquely is truely remarkable in my eyes. As for me, I believe that one does what he can until his destiny is revealed to him, be it his demise to save others, so be it, although I beleive that death is inevitable and should be considered the final segment of your destiny." He sighed.

He liked philosophy but didn't know a lot about it. He absoluely admired anylazing concepts and debating...during the appropriate times, that is.

Seamus visibly jumped at Carlos' sudden appearence. Dropping into the thick Scot accent he always hid so that he could be understood. 'Fer the love o' god lad! Are yeh tryin' tae kill me wi' fright?' Once he'd calmed down a bit he cleared his throat and apologised. 'I know what you mean Kyle. The mind is a fascinating thing. But it's a different part of human mentality that fascinates me. Why we decide to kill each other. Power? Money? Why did we start killing each other in the first place? It's that I don't get. I don't even really know why I'm in the killing business.'

Hayden snapped back into the conversation, and slightly embarassed, he apologized to Seamus, who he figured wouldn't have heard him, "My apologies there mate, hell, if anyones too nervous here, it's me, I just get a little batty in some of these situations, y'know? I don't always know who to trust..." He paused, thought about what he'd said, and come to the realization that he'd completely neglected to introduce himself. "By the way, my names Hayden Valmir Samarxhi... It's an Albanian name."

Seamus turned to the SAS operative. 'Nice to meet you lad. Don't worry, you're not te only one worried here. Heck, I'm not sure why I'm here. My outfit is barely known about. Compared to you lot, my old unit are wei'ns.' He looked around once again. 'By the way Carlos, who did you used to work for? Must of been stealth based from the way you snuck up.'

Landry noticed Carlos' sneaking up, and was rather amused at how easily the rest of the lot had been startled, as he was only walking regularly. He visibly chuckled.

Well, first question, I believe that Destiny doesn't show itself until that final moment when you are aout to die. That is when you know you have hit the end of the road, and you are about to finish your destiny. I know it isn't thorough, or coherent, but it makes its own sense. As for the second question, 'why we kill each other' I can only say what truly started the first fighting. Territory. When we started wars back in prehistoric times, we fought for territory. Same with Romans, Greeks, Egyptians, and even modern day wars. So newbie, apparently you heard what we said the whole time, what are your answers?

Fina smiled a bit. "Money, Revenge, and Hate are the reason's I've seen so far in my line of work, aside from just territory as Brian said." She added to the 'why we kill eachother' topic. She of course was a hired gun, so she was hired to kill people in gangs, take out an unfaithful husband or wife, or just to take someone out because it'd get them an inheritance. She had to admit it did sound a bit wicked, but a job was a job. She needed the money at the time... But in either case, she shouldn't be needing money too much anymore with being in this organization...

"Whoever paid the most," Carlos replied shortly. Unlike the rest he wasn't part of any special forces squad or group. He rose to Adjudant Major before the shift in military combat came about and then was basically what they were all now, a mercenary. "I'm a merc," he continued running his hand over his chest as if he were scratching an itch. He was actually just feeling the tags that were hidden under his shirt.

Carlos looked to his other side towards the blonde female, Xanth. "As for your rebuttal. It's a load mierda. If destiny were just a mind set then what effect does it have on anyone. If I realize I'm a better plumber than a soldier while I'm dying what good does that do me or anyone." He lowered his hand from 'scratching' his chest and gestured with his head towards the Seamus. "Like Seamus said before, life has too many choices for there to be 'destiny'."

Kyle nodded, "True, but maybe our personality or preference already has our choices set up for us. For example, if we like shotguns over subs, and we go into combat and die because of our firearm then it was our "destiny" to die then because we didn't take things into consideration."

He saw someone out of the cornor of his eye and it was a man dressed like Xenos was. He eaved Kyle over. Kyle walked over, his shoes digging deep into the ground. He walked over and was handed a paer. He nodded and saluted. He walked back to the group, "Ladies and Gentlemen, I have recieved word from Xenos to take over training until his return which should be soon. So, can everyone please take a booth."
((Pft, only Xenos controls Xenos. ninja And maybe Nezumi.))
