DE1D4R4 tobi isn't that difficult to draw, un thought i rarely draw him I draw Kisame chibis a lot. Everyone at my school thinks that he's adorable, then I show them the real picture and their facial expressions go kind of like this:
eek neutral gonk -->Eeewww he's ugly!!!! Laugh and they'll all think you're on drugs.
