Sweet Hawaiian girl this guild is too soft... It's kinda hard to show discipline online, but I'm a soft guy. I don't believe that yelling and punishment will train someone. I'm using the same teqniques I used in middle school when I was in a military program. With these techniques, my squad came out to be the best in the unit...until I moved. My squad was the best squad last year, my freshman year in NJROTC. I was squad leader of 2nd Squad, 2nd Platoon, Alpha Company. I never once yelled at anyone in my squad. I gave them respect and earned theirs. There are things that will piss me off immediatley and I will do my best to discipline them, one member has quit because we got on him about prejudice comments. If you would like to help with the discipline, be my geust.

Sweet Hawaiian girl im lost is this an RP guild? Yes it is, but we are still working on the rp forums and other such and such. But I will also teach as much as I can about the Marine Corps. At least that way I will know what I need to know when I join.

A tip for anyone who is going to join:
Nothing will fully prepare you for Boot Camp. Just remember that, and don't get discouraged. It's a hard start, but what makes us Marines is the ability to perservere.
