that movie is off the chain and i loved mulan crickie khan(horse) and mushu shang was a hottie xp

I love how Mulan goes against everything in China back then. She is brave and a loyal family member. She would do anything to protect her family. She also shows that she may not be the 'perfect wife' but that she has her own special qualitys.

I loved Mulan espcially the songs my favorite are Bring Honor to us all, I'll make a man out of you, and A girl worth fighting for. My favorite character is Mushu jsut for the sheer fact that he's hilarious and my favorite scene would be where towards the end of the movie when they all dressed up as girls to get into the palace. That was awesome and funny.

I love the movie... the thing that really sticks with me is when Mulan is at the camp and shang breaks into song "Beeeeeeee a Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan"... kinda random huh?

I've been watching it a lot lately since getting the special edition DVD. ^_^ I just love when Mushu goes, "Did you see those Huns? They popped out of the snow! Like daisies!" I dunno why. It's just funny. I'll be buying the sequel when it comes out.

I just got the special edition DVD for christmas! and i love it!! it i son right now! lol....my favourtie characters are mulan and mushu. and my favourite song would definatly have to I'll make a man out of you! i just love that whole scene when she is learning how to fight and she becomes so much stronger towards the end!!! my other fav song would have to be the true to your heart one as the credits are rolling! i am going to have to get the second one out and see what it is like now!

Ah, yes you have to love the development of strength. She was always strong in heart and spirit, but the army training strengthens her body too.

I think that's a very nice part in the movie; the way she evolves. 3nodding

UsagiBunny  So who here loves Mulan? Who is your favorite character, scene, and song? My favorite character is Mulan. My favorite scene is when they walk into the village that is in ruin. My favorite song is "Be a Man". Shang, dunno---probably the final battle, and "I'll Make a Man Out of You.'

I LOVE the movie Mulan! It's so wonderful! I have the special edition DVD and can't wait to get Mulan 2! My favorite characters are Shang and Mulan. My favorite song is Reflection. It's really pretty. I got the two Disney's Greatest Hits CDs and that song is on there. I listen to it over and over again. ^_^
GOodness, there are so many scenes I love. Here are some of them that haven't already been mentioned:
Fa Li: Of all the days to be late! I should have prayed to the ancestors for luck.
Granny Fa: How lucky can they be? They're dead...
[Ramming breakfast into Mulan's mouth]
Mushu: No time to talk. Now remember, it's your first day of training. So listen to your teacher and no fighting. Play nice with the other kids unless, of course one of the other kids want to fight, then you have to kick the other kid's butt.
Mulan: But I don't want to kick the other kid's butt.
Mushu: Don't talk with your mouth full.
Yao: I'm going to hit you so hard it will make your ancestors dizzy
Yao: I'll get that arrow, pretty boy, and I'll do it with my shirt ON.
Mulan: Just because I look like a man doesn't mean I have to smell like one.
Emperor: The flower that blooms amid adversity is the most rare and beautiful.
Shang: Sir?
Emperor: You don't meet a girl like that every dynasty!

I don't like the version of "Reflection" that is performed by Christina Aguilera (sp?). It just doesn't seem to have the same intensity (not sure if this is the right word to use, but I'll go with it) that Lea Salonga's rendition possesses.
