Sakura: *smiles*
Doctor: Actually, Uchiha-san......its a boy......
Itachi: 0.o But......the hair.....pink....boy?!
Doctor: Yep....*points to obvious uh......appendage....*
Sakura: You seem shocked and greatly disturbed, Ita-kun....
Itachi: *Looks from his son to Sakura and back, then glares at his wife* I blame you.......*walks off while grumbling about pink hair and gay men*

Itachi would most likely pretend to accept it, just so Sakura wouldn't go all 'emotional' on him. But when the child gets older, Itachi'll dye the childs hair, and blame it on said child. xD
-What color of hair do you think the children would have?
Most likely black, since darker colors are usually more dominant. But there may be traces of pink here and there. ;3

I would hope its either a very VERY light pink or VERY dark. I dont think Itachi would dye it. Hed put a permanent genjutsu on it at the worst. he would probably just accept it and be satisfied his first child is a son.

I think you would definetly have black, maybe streaks of both, also maybe a deep maroon color or a fushia? depends what ya mix.

OKay one Itachi doesnt shout, its not in his nature. He also wouldnt be so low as to dye the childs hair.
I think he would se the child, stare at go all 'hn and then kiss sakuras forehead thanking her for the child. He would then sit in between the birthing bed and the crib and hold Sakura's hand as she slept and then after about 50 seconds hed turn his head and stare at the child till one woke up.

Hmmm... I think it would be black, maybe some streaks of pink too. Or a dark pink or red color.

Itachi would probably dye his hair once is grows out. And Sakura would totally disagree, saying that it would look cute.

I think that their children will have black hair since that hair color is a dominet trait. It may have some pink streaks or something like that.

Ehh. I'm not sure it'd be a horrible issue, but maybe that's me being overly naive. Zelos (from 'Tales of Symphonia' a video game, not Naruto) had pink hair, and he was mega awesome!

My initial thought was that black hair is dominant over most colors, so most probably black, but then my next thought was that I haven't seen Sakura's parents' hair colors. My friend has a mom with blond hair and a dad with red (like orange-y)... She has red hair with subtle gold undertones, so black with pink undertones may be another genetic possibility... Sorry, I'm rambling.

Genetically, the pink hair would be a recissive gene (sorta like red hair) so the black would be more dominant. therefore the children would have black hair, but if they married a person who had pink hair, their kids might have that hair color.

Pink could be the most dominant hair color ever in Naruworld. Unfortunately, in the real world, pink isn't a natural hair color, so we can't know whether it'd be dominant over black. All genetic factors considered, the kid may have a completely different hair-color. If they both had a blonde ancestor, for example, their kid could be blonde if they were carrying the blonde gene. We don't know whether Itachi's homozygous or heterozygous for the black-hair gene, and same with Sakura. Frankly, we don't know the ancestry of either character extensively enough to know all of the possible hair colors that their kids could have. Then there's the fact that Kishimoto may not take genetic science into consideration at all, except for bloodline traits (even then his perception doesn't seem to tally with real-life genetics).
