The only problem I'm having is the very outside border. I'm trying to clear her hair out of the way for now, and I accidentally erased some of the border. And it's being a b***h letting me put it back o.o

I'm using photoshop, too domokun But Pixelwork + Layers = Too Much for Iko xD
And I can't get the hair the right color. It keeps changing it because of the file type. Do you change the file type, too?

Do you change the file type, too? I usually change the mode to RGB before coloring. And before I save I change the mode to indexed color, so the GIF doesn't mess with the colors. I got Photoshop used for about $150.
And my 4x5 Wacom Graphire 3 for $80 at walmart.com xd
