*Maddy and Shadow appeared at The Burning Plains. Maddy had long black hair and red eyes and her sword, the Dragon Blade, hung at her side. It had a purple hilt shaped like a pair of dragon wings with a ruby embedded in the middle and its blade was curved and black. Her dragon, Shadow, was about twenty feet high. He was 111 years, 10 years younger than his rider. His black scales were dusty from the long flight from the Hadarac. Maddy leapt off Shadow.*
Where should we put our tent up?
How about over there in that little empty slot?

*They walked over and set up the tent that was big enough for the both of them to be about 10 feet apart.*
This should be comfy...

He saw a third dragon fly in, and wondered who it could be.
Regardless, he kept on walking into the forest.

They walked around in the forest, then they went back towards their tents, exhaustion sweeping over them. He bade her a good noght's sleep, and lie down upon his bedding. He exchanged a few words mentally with his dragon, and fell asleep.

*Maddy woke up early the next morning and sat on the wall that the Varden had built to protect them from attacks from Galbatori'x army. It was really quiet... to quiet... She contacted Shadow.*
Shadow, get ready. I think we might be expecting an attack soon.
Ok. but don't do anything reckless. If you see them marching onto the battlefield then wake up the others. Despite how well-known you are you can't take on an entire army by yourself.
Actually I can! i only have one weakness and no one knows what it is. Unless they can exploit it, I can never die.
wow, in that case you have a long life ahead of you. But even you can die of old age.
Of course. Now just get ready. how about I'll warn you to warn everyone else.
