Ok... I have another one.
What if we had a bar in the commerce- just a functioning bar with a Dragon Theme in affiliation to the guild. People could hang out there when no one's in, and we could casually ( I stress casually) recruit through it. We could hire outside people- just to keep it going, and offer them membership and what not.
