I like ItaSaku because they make such a great couple!! I know they don't exactly meet...actually...they rarely meet at all...anyway, it actually goes like this for me..
Itachi: HOT!!!
Sakura: beautiful, smart, funny, and acts like a vixen...someone I think Itachi would definitely LOVE!!!

Im sure most of this has already been said sweatdrop but, I love ItaSaku because:
All the possibilities it holds.
I love the hotness of it - that whole dark love/hidden passion thing.
I love how they look together - they just fit!
I love the idea of Sakura "healing his wounds" so to speak, and making him a better person.
I LOVE the triangle it would create, ItaSakuSasu.
And.....I love ITACHI and I love SAKURA!!! biggrin

Ah yes, on topic. I love ItaSaku because of the romantic conditions with a bad a** girl(time-skip) and a missing-nin.
I love a self-conflicted romance, it's so delicious when they start regreting their action. Itachi being a brother of Sasuke aka his revenge and reason of Sasuke's betrayal. Working with Akatsuki that will extracted Naruto's demon. Sakura is just a girl in the middle of this conflict. Suddenly she got involved, starting falling in love with the rogue Uchiha. Oh the tasty bittersweet relationship and how Team 7 will react to this. Ha... ha... ha...
I'm a fanfiction writer and reader so I can imagine how this pairing can go out of control. I'm not experience enough to make a beautiful written story. But I loved some ItaSaku pairing fanfiction. I love these kind of fanfiction like ItaNaruSasu triangle.

ok i really like itachiXsakura as a couple because not only do they look really good together, sakura loves sasuke yet he couldn't care less, so why not give up on sasuke and go for the older, cuter brother? i really think that they should be together for real...although we all know that would never happen..... crying

anyway! Like i (think) stated earlier i like the pairing because of the contrasting they have, light and dark, pure and tainted, soft and hard. two halves of the same coin^_^
that is my reasoning. Plus dump the emo brother, at least Itachi knows what hes doing.

I loved that anime episode. Itachi and Sakura with the stick... good times...

For some reason, I see ItaxSaku really angsty. SasuSaku is my OTP, but ItaxSaku is definetly the best crack pairing in the world, cause it looks hot. ;D
