In a world of chaos, such as ours, demands like mine are more than what you'll get from some people, you Highness. Watching your step is not a bad idea. She almost purred the last sentence, but there was a tone of distrust to it. She did not like this man, royalty or not, but she let him go all the same, still keeping her knife handy. She could be quick with magic, but in a situation like this, she was even quicker physically.

Mira looked at the girl as soon as the Prince vanished. Ok...that was weird... Have you ever seen or heard of him before? I sure haven't... She put the knife back in it's sheath, and whistled once more for Chick, who'd run off a ways when the stranger appeared. Her ears twitched constantly, unsure of what to expect next in these strange woods, which were getting stranger by the minute.

Just as she was bending down to fix a strap on the chocobo's chest that had gotten entangled, Mira faintly heard a twig snap. Looking up, she saw someone still a bit of a ways off. Going back to work on the saddle, Mirage mutters to the girl Looks like we company again, I hope this one is not as weird as our last visitor.

Mira finished fixing the strap, using it as an excuse to look over the newcomer. Deciding she didn't feel like much of a threat, but still prepared for anything, she stands up and yells over the chocobo's back Hello there, yourself!

Mira shrugged, her ears, and tail, still twitching nervously. I wish I could help you out, but I've not been here long either. Amaya grew up here, so she'd be the one to ask. She said this last part glancing at the other girl, who was still looking a bit wistfu,l and confused, after their encounter with the Prince. Say, that reminds me..have you ever heard of some guy named High Prince Ishtar?

Mira fed Chick some treats as she thought for a moment how to answer her question. Hard to describe, really.... Curling her tail on her right arm, she rubbed it with her thumb...a child-like gesture she did while thinking, much like someone would chew at their hair, or a pencil, while in deep thought. She went on to explain about the flowers changing to butterflies, the music, and him appearing, and disappearing a few minutes later, all in a sort of thoughtful, dreamy voice. She was still on alert, but she couldn't quite get her thoughts away from that mysterious man, and what part he might play in their future, and whether it would be for good or ill.

Mira, startled out of her thoughts, turns and almost smiles when she hears Amaya finally speak, but the sound of the girl's voice seriously worried her...it had a drunken sound, like she wasn't all there. She walked over to her, a bit cautiously, and put her right hand on her shoulder. Amaya? Are you okay? You don't look so well....

-Ishtar apeared before Verdant and bowed slightly-
*Ishtar* "The mark has been placed, I can follow her every move."
*Verdant* "Very good now go." -Ishtar bows again then vanishes.- "Akla come forward."
-The shadow in the corner begins to sink slowly towards the floor and creeps ever closer to Verdant before rising, taking the shape of a woman. The shadow breaks as Akla's black hair whips wildy around her body and comes to rest at her back barely touching the floor. She bows to her father.-
*Akla* "Yes father?"
