OK, here's a question then ((yeah, I'm back from the grave... it's been so long, man)):
Do you guys prefer the CLAMP version of Subaru with green eyes or the X animation version of purpley blue?
Personally, I think the green is better. >.< And I was all annoyed that the X anime made Hokuto's eyes a different color (Come on! Reddish brown???)
What do you think?

i think subaru looks awesome in X the tv series because not only does he look hot with his shirt off but he looks like he gained a little bit more weight and he looks even more cool now that he is more serious on the show then in tokyo babylon and one more thing is that he doesnt look like he is anorexic anymore which i think is another plus
I totally wouldn't argue that! He definitely looks hot and stuff in X... o.o But the eye color. I like green better...

EEEEEEEE! That's my favorite animation picture... wait, my second favorite... It's part two of the series of pictures I like. Part one is when he's still in bed with his shirt off and he's lying there looking desperate with his body all hunched in together... ; . ; And it's so sweet and sad... but he looks so...GOOOOOOOD too.
And then part two he gets up and smokes the cigarette while listening to the answering machine with his shirt off... *_* YUMMY.

Tokyo Babylon thread... well, where do I start? I have the first 5 manga (in english cause I can't read kanji (damn that)). I absolutely love it! I've seen/own X (the anime, only seen the evil OVA (ick)), and I own TB the OVA, I have read all of the X manga that are out in english and own one... (16). Tokyo Babylon is my huge obsession (in terms of anime/manga) I can't get enough of it. Unfortunately, I'm a Seishiro lover. I can't help it. Subaru is a doll. I mean, the cuteness, the pure soul (before) and everything about him is wonderful but..... I can't help but love the evil sadistic man that is Seishiro. Granted I get mad at him every time I watch X, but... so far nothing has changed the fact that he's my all time favorite character (from any series). Maybe that'll change when I finally get to read the final two manga of TB, but for now nothing could make me hate him. I just adore him. But yeah, before I get waaaay off topic on him, I just want to say that I adore TB and that its one of the most interesting mangas I've read, and personally (having not read all their stuff yet) I think its my favorite Clamp.

I should have joined this guild earlier! I'm so behind!
About memorizing spells... First thing I did after reading the first TB manga was memorize "Rin Pyo Tou Sha Kai Chin Retsu Zai Zen"
And about eye color... Green. Subaru looks so cute and rare with his green eyes, just like Kamui with his violet. I read somewhere that eye doctors get the most requests for green and violet contacts. I think CLAMP planned that. -_-'' But anyway, Subaru just isn't the same Subaru when he doesn't have his beautiful, bright, Sumeragi green eyes.
Seishirou is a fav. Not the top of my list, but he's up there. I just love his style and how puzzling his mind is. Though, he aggrivates me to no end with some of the things he does.
I read as many spoilers as was possible before actually getting my hands on the books, and multiple times in the 4th and 5th books I had to just shut it, set it down, and breathe because the foreshadowing was too much. It's hard to read that series, knowing what's going to happen, without wanting to cry at least once.
Hokuto rocks! I want her outfits! I would wear them everyday to school if they didn't break dress code! ^_^ She's such a nice sister, I admire her dedication.

I got into Tokyo Babylon as I was watching the X anime. I really wanted to read it, but I couldn't get my hands on any scanlations because this was during the time Tokyopop was planing on translating it. Of course at this time they weren't going to translate it for months. I tried getting the Japanese version but they didn't have it at J-town so I had to wait until it was translated. I've read up to book 5 but I already know what's going to happen. Subaru and Seishirou are my favorite characters. I like Hokuto too. I'm so glad CLAMP didn't make her annoying. I like Subaru better with green eyes. I kinda wish the anime people would have colored it right. Just wondering and anybody here seen the Tokyo Babylon music video "Vision"? I think it's just a little on crack. For those who are interested in what it looks like. I may be able to send a link to you if I can remember where I got it from.

But, with my luck it has to with the bet, and I haven't read 7 yet, so I wouldn't know quite yet. I think its just interesting to try and figure him out. 3nodding

Fyrsiel I have to say that I despise the character Seishirou... to a very severe "oh my god I have no life because I hate a two-demensional character" degree.... I could rant about him for hours... I really could.... *we even have a vodoo doll of him. stare * BUT... I already did all of my ranting and raving way back when so I won't put you guys through it.... *yes, this is a good thing. Especially for those of you who like Seishirou....* but...but...but...i LOVE seishiro... crying seishiroxsubaru is my favorite couple in both tokyo babylon and X/1999... *whimpers...* sad
