Terra uses rocks to fly right? If Terra started whining during the fight I can see Toph pinpointing her location by hearing her voice and slamming those rocks to the ground.
(And we all know Terra will whine.)

Pffff.
Noone said Toph can't use her rocks for flight. They can levitate, can't
they? Besides, she doesn't like to leave the ground, cause then
she can't see.
Toph would win. Terra's a b***h.
