it sounds like easter, a very religious holiday....i like it but this requires lots on the mods part and with lives becomin more complicated by the minute, i dont know how its gonna get down sweatdrop

Anywho, you bring up a good point... It will run for a week or two, so everyone has time... Any the mods can just post as many as they can while they are on, and leave them for the rpers to find... Just chucking ideas around...

I suggest we spell check the exam grading criteria, as...well, grammar is misspelled and I'm surprised no one noticed before. Which seems rather silly, considering we've got a grammar lover who regularly grades exams xp (Mind, I probably should have caught it during my last exam grading report, but oh well~)

Okay, Ryu. I went and did something important. What i did? keep reading..
i learned something very important.
Our OOC needs to be a good place. And Tenshi needs to be a tightly-knit place. everyone needs to know and care about each other. because an OOC full of idiots being random, like in Ria(which i purposely got myself banned from just now) Is not a positive environment. A hyperactive OOC forum caused the downfall of The original Ria. It's the MAIN reason i got myself kicked out of the second one.
We need to keep an eye out for calm, compassionate and intellgient people. much like the people we have here today!
And we need to maintain the OOC forum accordingly. No fighting, or ignoring other people. This guild should be a family of Roleplayers who watch out for each other. and the OOC is a bulding block to that concept. Since people often post in there to calm down/chill, we should provide them with a nice calm encironment rather than a bustling, hectic one.

Oh Ryu's behalf...what brought that on? I see nothing wrong with the OOC thread. (Unless I'm missing something, which is entirely likely.) Can you explain more specifically? I never saw any flaming or dislike going on, and there's nothing wrong with a bouncing, random place. Not everyone is on at the same time, so, of course there will be randomness abound.

Oh, nothing here!
I Went to visit another highschool rp guild i was in, to say hi to some old friends. And a bunch of crap just..happened, kinda.
So i purposely got myself banned from there so that I wouldnt have to face that BS again.
There's nothign wrong with OUR OOC.
Im just saying that we need to keep a good watch on the OOC as time goes on, and we gain more and more members. No, there's nothing wrong with a bouncing random place. But there IS soemthing wrong with a guild that doesnt give a sheet if one of it's members are suffering.
