Columbia_lover I can see it now: Child Magenta: Mommy, how did you come up with my name? Motherly figure: Go ask your father... *walkwalkwalk* Child Magenta: Daddy, how did you come up with my name? Fatherly figure: Go ask your sister, Columbia, I explained it to her last year. rofl Well that would be interesting... rofl

I just dont think i can do that... just think she 10 years old and you hear the question mummy how did you choose my name? -- what would i say ..... I think thats a cute name! She would have a very unique name, but i think its pretty cool...i also like Magenta.

I've honestly never thought about naming my kids after any of the characters... my kids names are chosen based on a book my boyfriend's been writing for a few years. I bet if I were to suggest named of the RHPS characters to him, or even named our kids Magenta or Columbia or Eddie or Frank my boyfriend's father would have a fit (and I say that in a good way. He's a Rocky veteren and we get along so well. He wants to dress his son up as Frankie and says he has the outfit handy too O.O)

Magenta - hmm... i think not I love the name Patricia, though.
Columbia - i guess, but it's be an awkward name. I'd end up calling her Bia after a while. I just petname everyone. Nell - I really like that name.
Janet - No. I have always hated that name. Susan - my aunts name.
Brad - too sports-jock-y for me. Barry - no.
Frank - possibly... Tim - i like the name
Eddie - I actaully really like than name. Meat Loaf - HAHAHHA no.
Riff Raff - no. poor kid would be made fun of. RIchard - no... to many "d**k" jokes

Columbia_lover As oppose to actually naming my child after a character, I intend to name my child after one of the actors. For a girl: Nell, for a boy:...I'm not so sure. lol. Eddie would work, because it's common enough. I can have a little girl and humbly name her Meat Loaf... or Meat Loafette. 4laugh

I would actually like to name my child after an inanimate object like a spoon. or a pen. then i could be like , hey SpOon! Fetch me my fork! Or, Come here Pen, I need you to write something down for me!!
but if i did go with names from this movie (which i wouldn't be able to because i recently found out that my love doesn't love rhps crying ) I would use Jannet if it was a girl or ...yeah, possibly Brad if it was a boy. I just like the two. Jannet's cute from the beginning and Brad.. well, do i even have to explain wink

I like the name Janet, Maybe as a middle name for a daughter in the far away future xp , I plan to call my son 'Eddie Michael *insert future Hubbies name* (meatloaf changed his name to Michael) and as I'm a huge fan of Meatloaf it'd be perfect whee

You can't name a child Riff Raff! lol Just think of what would happen when the kid watches Aladdin for the first time! (In one of the songs, riffraff is mentioned as something bad to be.) He'd go through life thinking he was named after a criminal! And besides, if you named his sister Magenta... think of what that would lead to! eek But all kidding aside, Columbia isn't such a bad name...

Columbia- First/Middle name Magenta- Most definently first/middle name Frank- Perhaps. Eddie- : I'm not a big Eddie Fan. [[ Of the name. ]] Riff Raff- Maybe a middle name, but just "Riff" or "Raff." Janet- No, just, no. Brad- No.

Since Eddie is probably short for Edward, you could probably pull that off... ninja

I would name a girl Columbia, Nell or Patricia... even Quinn would be a cute name, but for a boy. I would do Magenta as a middle name for a girl, or O'Brien as a middle name for a boy.

Columbia_lover jazzdogblue just a question - what would you say to her when she said to you why did you name me columbia? ...(in a booming voice) I'm secretly a drug lord; I named you after the country in which you were conceived! . . . (Child Columbia looks at you strangely) . . . Go ask your father! HA!
