Haruhi hung up the phone, "To dinner! yes Taura is coming, I'll make Hatori come, and no masks. It'd be too hard to eat, how about costumes?" She hurried out of the office and to the kitchen to gather supplies.

Ayame followed, almost dancing along. This was the sort of thing that made him feel alive. "Oh, what fun! I've got just the perfect costume for Hatori-kun too." He tried not to laugh as he thought about it.
Taura skipped her way down the apartment building steps. She was, she knew, very lucky to have this place. Her life in the Sohma estate had been mercifully short-term. Not that she didn't love her family, just that she didn't love her family up-close and personal all the time.

Haruhi froze at the thought of Hatori in a costume, she almost bursted out laughing. But she pulled it together and looked inside the refrigerator, "Shoot we don't have enough teriyaki sauce... Ayame you stay here and wait for Taura, I'll go run to the store super super fast!" And by she said that she was already half way out the door.
Kyo was still outside talking to Angel, "Well, I'll be heading home then, bye." And he headed out the gate from the dojo.
Just then Haruhi ran by, "Ah, Angel! Kyo! Do you want to join us for dinner?"

Angel looked over at Haruhi. She's barely been invited to anything before. "...Sure..." She was extremely shy when it came to people.
Akito was grateful for Hatori's presence. "Finally, you're here. You're so slow. Try to speed up next time. I feel really sick."

"Great! How about you Kyo?" Haruhi asked.
"Fine, it's not like I have anything better to do..." Kyo said turning around.
"Okay, just go to the kitchen. You'll find Ayame, just wait with him till I come back..." Haruhi replied running off through the gate.

Angel sighed and walked in the kitchen to find Ayame. She was quiet, like usual.

Hatori dipped his head and muttered a quiet apology to Akito.
Rowan arrived at the door to Shigure's house. sighing, she knocked lightly... waiting for some one to answer.

"Angel!" Ayame cheered. Angel was, truly, quite an enigma to him. He didn't really know how to befriend someone as quiet as her, so he would often simply treat her the way he'd treat any other of his cousins.
"Ready for the party?" he idly poked at something bubbling on the stove.
Taura rushed through the gate in time to see Haruhi rushing out. She blinked once or twice, then caught sight of Kyo. "Kyo-kun!" She called. "Apparently we're having a party tonight. You coming?"

Angel sighed. Nobody ever really acted happy to see her. Except Kazuma, but she just thought he was pretending. She was starving, she hasn't eaten in days, so she nodded and sat down at the table. Akito coughed. "Nnn... Hatori..." She pulled him into a hug and coughed again. "I feel so sick..."

Hatori nodded. "Yes, what's the matter this time?" He asked as he listened to Akito's coughing.
Rowan waited for another few minutes before knocking once again.

Akito coughed again. "Like I'm going to-" Her sentence was interupped as she vomited up b.lood into the trash can. "-throw up." She said. She was sweating and she limply lied back down on the futon.

Hatori sighed and pulled outa needle and some medication to help her sleep and stop the vomiting.

Akito took it and sighed. "Thank you." She got herself comfortable and looked up at Hatori. "...do you love me, Hatori?"

Kyo jumped as he turned around, "H-hey Taura... yeah, I'm going to the dinner what ever thing..."
Haruhi quickly ran into the store and grabbed the things she needed and rushed to the check-out stand. Knowing her family they were all waiting and hungry.
