Because some hidious monster came into her room at night and tore them out or her sockets and ate them.
She wears the blind fold because shes ashamed of showing what the monster had done to her.
Also she could see eithen if she had the blind fold off.
Shes just making it more pleasent for people so we dont have to see the bloody eye socket holes.
