I don't think it will be canon, but I do support it. It's a nice change, and the fanart's so original and spiced up (like, it looks really different). I made a slide-show tribute to them and I just fell in love.

No. I really don't. And that has nothing to do with the fact that I just don't like SaiSaku at all.
If she fell for him, then he'd be Sasuke's REPLACEMENT. And I hate that idea for two reasons.
1. Sasuke should NEVER be replaced.
2. Sai's pretty damn cool enough to be well out of Sasuke's shadow. Sai is NOT Sasuke. So what if he sounds and looks like him? That means nothing.
Also, Naruto stated (and Sakura agrees with him, I'm sure) that Sai, no ANYONE else, can and will replace Sasuke.
And honestly, I just don't think they go well together. Sai's a bit too clueless and...well...annoying and mean for her tastes (not that I KNOW what she likes. That just what it SEEMS like).
I think that Ino has taking a bit of a liking to him though. XD And I really do love SaiIno.
In short: I think that if she falls in love with Sai...it'd be a bit too much like her and Sasuke, and Sai's more than just a Sasuke-filler. Sakura just doesn't seem to care for him much, and when she does, it seems much more friendly-hate-ish. I say she just stick with Sasuke, and let Ino have Sai.

To be honest I dont really see the saiXsakura pairing happening. Since I suppose I am a sasuXsaku fan. But also since sai calls sakura hag and stuff and calls ino beautiful. I see sai and sakura in a more brotherly and sisterly type situation. But Im just saying thats my opinion,

No. I do not see that happening. I see them become allies. Friends, companions. And a team. But being romantically involved no. Right now I could see Sakura falling for Naruto at the most. I mean, who wouldnt fall for the guy that has been there for her. I mean, he is good looking. Strong. Smart. Tactful. Does indeed care for her. I mean, thats what it looks like would happen.
Im an advid Sasuke x Sakura believer. Its my OTP. BUT, I do love Naruto x Sakura too. Why? Because its a possibility. There are signs there.
But Ill say another thing. There seems to be no romantic interface right now in the plot because it is a shonen manga meaning that it is for the friendship and action.
Plus Kishimoto said himself that he hasnt much worked with romance at all. Meaning everything he put in there just goes with the flow. [And that was in a real interview in Shonen Jump. Since there are always fake "Kishimoto Interviews" flying around]
On another note. Im a gut feeling type of girl. And to be honest. I LOVE Sai x Ino. Because its just too perfect. She is strong. independent. And can be just as cruel and demanding as Sai. But she is also different in the sense that she is a social butterfly and he is socially retarded.
So Sai x Sakura. No. I do NOT see her falling for him.

No, I don't think she will. It doesn't click for me. I think it'll end up NaruSaku, actually. Even though I'd rather have KakaSaku, I'm good with that. :3
And besides that point I've made in my mind, I support SaiHina. xD

I think in the end sai will end up with no one or die O.o (hopefully the second one no offense sai lovers)
and its not going to be inosai because sai said ino was pretty yes BUT he said this after sakura told him to say the opposite of what he thinks. And in my opinion sai is gay he is too obsseded with the size of naruto's p***s

No. Sakura already hates Sai's guts for giving her the nickname "Hag" and for calling Ino gorgeous xD. They could become good friends/allies but other than that, I don't think so.
I'm sticking with SasuSaku.

I think that Sakura will keep waiting on Sasuke. Kishi-Sama has gone through too much work on character development to just abandon it.
But the series has so much more to go through before we learn anything. So many secrets need to be uncovered, and Sakura's love is one of those secrets.
Although, as we all know, Sakura is for Sasuke/Sai 3nodding xd
