"Erm...drink?" he said, trying to act natural. He didn't like to show the wild side of him, and being drunk didn't conceal it very well. He figured he might be a bad influence...
Shut up! Sakura is old enough to take care of herself!
He made up his mind to go to the bar, and motioned for Sakura to walk with him. He figured that he didn't have to drink anything, and that it would be easier for Sakura to express her feelings after a drink or two...
or three...or four...
However many it took, he needed to know something important. So they began walking side by side, their hands sometimes brushing gently against each other's as they swung limply back and forth.
Kakashi mustered up the question he wanted to ask so badly.
"Exactly just what kind of...prank...did they pull?" he said, as if he didn't already know.
He desperately needed to know if it was his presents that had made her cry, or if it was a cruel joke played by Ino.
He was hoping it was the second.

Ino sat in her shop staring off into space and continued to pluck petals off the flower in front of her.
I wonder why Kakashi showed up in front of the flower store? And why did he he look sad when he saw Sasuke was crying? I wonder if... no... it can't be. Could it? I'll have to ask Sakura.
Before she knew it, the entire vase of flowers was naked except for one sinlge petal. Cursing to herself, she removed the race and turned to the sink where she dumped the ewater and threw away the stems. Then refilling the vase with water, she moved out from behind the counter to fill with colorful roses.
I truely hope someday I'll recieve one of these roses and not as a return from an unsatisfied customer.
Ino hated sounding hopelessly romantic but all her firends and old classmates just about all had someone in thier life. And her mother harping on her nightly about finding a man. and since that dram was dead and gone she was older, lonely and without a plan.
"Sakura better show up tonight or I swear that billboard brow..."
Ino stopped and watched two little girls walk down the street. They were laughing and having a real fun time. Ino smiled at the two girls. They kind-a reminded her of she and Sakura. Back before boys and love interfered.

Normally, Sakura would of been embarassed. Here she was, on her way to the bar, with Kakashi. Not only that, but she was also planning on having too many drinks, crying on his shoulder, dancing around like some idiot perhaps, and maybe even reveal some of her darkest deepest secrets to him.
"Oh, the prank? It was nothing. I some just though it would be funny to leave flowers and chocolates at my door. You know, just to remind me of how single I am."
They walked side by side to the bar. After he let go of their embrace, she couldn't help but want to stay close to him. She already missed his warmth, his sent. At least if she were drunk, she'd have a good excuse to get close to him without revealing her feeling to him. She felt ashamed for using this as an excuse, but she didn't feel confident enough to tell him she loved him. Not that she over thought she would be.
They step throught the front door of the bar, Kakashi holding the door for her. She looked around the bar and soon spotted Genma, who was sitting at the bar. He also recognized and frantically waved at her.
" Sakura, Kakashi, over here!" he yelled at them.
Man, early afternoon and you're already drunk Genma?
She walked over to him and took a seat next to him.
" The usual Sakura?" said the bartender.
" Um, yes please" she responded.
Have I really become a usual here?
That was a scary thought.

All Kakashi could do was wonder how much he had hurt her feelings. It wasn't like him to give a woman flowers and chocolate...
But was she really a woman? Or just his student?
His mind was blocked off from Sakura and Genma's conversation. He needed to tell Sakura that it was him, and that he truly did love her.
But she probably would never love him, so he silently stared off into space, wondering just how hard it would be to confess.

Sakura noticed Kakashi seemed kind of distant. He was probably regretting coming here with her. Somehow, she felt hurt that he wasn't paying much attention to her. He always seemed wrapped up in his thoughts.
" Sakura, are you listenning to me?" questioned Genma.
Her head snapped back in his direction.
" Um, sorry Genma. I got distracted." she replied simply.
She always felt kind of awkward around Genma now. Ever since last Valentine's day.
--Flashback--
Alone once again.
Sakura picked up her glass and drank the shot the bartender had set in front of her. She knew she had had already too much to drink, but she would keep drinking until she forgot why.
" Hey Sakura," said Genma taking his usual spot beside her, " Here, alone on valentines day?"
She glared at him. "Shut up Genma, I'm not in the mood." It was easy to tell he was drunk as well. At least she wasn't the only one. She turned back to the bartender and pushed her glass towards him, as an indication she needed it to be refilled.
" Man, that's just sad, a pretty woman like you?"
Sakura blinked at this.
Did he just call me a woman?
" You should at least be having a good time. Come on, let's go dance."
Sakura let him drag her to the dance floor. She had never been a fan of dancing, especially since she sucked at it. But now, she realized that what she hated more than dancing was dancing in bars. People all around her smelled intoxicated and she kept being pushed around. No only that, but Genma was a bit too close to her. All she wanted to do was get out, so she started pushing her way through the mass of bodies around her. When she finally came to the wall, she felt like she was going to faint. She felt her legs give out from underneath her but instantly fell on a hard body behind her. She lifted her head to see it was Genma. She openned her mouth to thank him but he covered it with his own. Before she knew it, Sakura was shoved into the wall. Genma continued kissing her roughly. She suddently realized what going on and pushed him away.
" Sorry Sakura," he said, a bit out of breath, " I just couldn't resist." He quickly turned around an walked back into the crowd.
Sakura hand went up to her lips.
That was my first kiss.
A silent tear streamed down her face.
--End of flashback--
Aw men, that totally sucked, i wanted this to be good >> Sorry guys!

"Thanks for coming. I hope your wife forgives you. Good luck."
Ino smiled and waved as her last customer walked from the shop and down the street holding a very large and expensive bouqet of flowers. Then, closing the door, she walked off back to the counter where she took up a seat and flipped open her flower arrangment idea book.
She looked outside as the sun began to sink in the horizon. It was about two hour from dusk and some lights around town weere already turning on. The view point from her hill-top shop made it perfect to see the town. It was breathtaking, perfect for a romantic evening. She began to zone-out again; her eyes glazed over.
The toughts from earler today hit her as she zoned-out. What was up with Kakashi and Sakura. They were acting wierd today. Ino had an idea in her head but everytime she thought of it, she laughed. Kakashi was like fifty years old and Sakura was like twenty. No way anything normal could come from that.
Okay... so he's like thirty-plus, but still he's fourteen years older then she. Maybe I'm just getting my thoughts out of wack. Oh what a wicked web we have weved, eh Sakura.
Ino smiled to herself. And continued to zone out.

Kakashi glanced towards Sakura. She seemed to be envolved in her conversation with Genma, but he knew she was thinking about something else. Something disturbing, judging by the way she avoided Genma's glance. Without thinking, he placed a hand on her shoulder. "Is everything alright? Sakura? Genma?"

She turned to him in a clumsy fashion. She was already starting to feel dizzy. Talking to Genma only made her want to drink. Drink to forget so the awkwardness between them would dissapear.
"Um, yes Kakashi, everything is fine... ish."
She felt pretty stupid acting like this in front of Kakashi and was already regretting asking him to come with her. This only made her want to drink more, so she did. Genma soon challenged her to a drinking contest and she accepted his challenge.
Everything around her seemed to get fuzzier as she drank. All the people looked like a blurr to her. All except one. As he eyes landed on him, she felt tears come up to her eyes. She didn't understand why either.
Her instant reaction was to turn away from him and try to get away from him. Except her departure was not as smooth as she would of liked it to be. It seems she had forgotten she had been sitting on a stool this entire time. She was about to fall to the ground when someone caught her. She looked up and saw Genma.
Sakura's mind suddently snapped back to the last time she had found herself in Genma arms. Suddently, her entire body went cold as Genma go closer to her.
Not Again!

"Genma! Let her go. You're drunk."
Genma gave him a cold stare and grinned wide. 'Yes sir' he said, dropping her to the cold floor below. Kakshi swooped down and caught her before she fell. She was ice cold and he knew she passed out.
Poor kid. She'll have a hell of a hangover tomorrow.
He lifted her up bridal-style, her head tucked into his chest. He could smell the sweet shampoo she had, and paused to enjoy it, which was only followed by awkward stares from drunk men. Good thing they were too drunk to remember any of it tomorrow...
Kakashi exited the bar and jumped onto a roof. He didn't want anyone to see Sakura like this, for her sake...and his. Besides, it was the fastest way to get to her house. He glided from roof to roof and swooped right in front of her house, where he made a stop.
He realized the mistake of it all. He shouldn't have brought her here, because if someone walked by, they would see Kakashi Hatake, the Copy Ninja, searching a passed-out, young woman's frontal pant pocket for keys.
Thank god they were in the first pocket he searched...he didn't want to search the back pockets...
He opened the door and walked over to Sakura's room. Just as he was about to place her on the bed, she woke up.
He couldn't move.

" Ka-Kakashi?"
She slowly promped herself up on her elbows. She looked around.
Why am I in my bedroom?
The last thing she could remember was Genma.
She shivered at the though.
Looking back at Kakashi, she wondered if he was ashamed of her. She also wondered if Genma had in fact kissed her infront of Kakashi.
Oh I'm so stupid!
Tears filled her eyes.

" I'm sorry Kakashi," she bowed her head down, " I didn't mean to bother you. I'm just feeling a little emotional at the moment, but I shouldn't burden you with my problems."
Tears were now freely falling down her face.

Sakura was shocked. She couldn't believe he had just kissed her. But her body soon relaxed and she let Kakashi kiss her. It was nothing like her kiss with Genma. He had been rough with her, but Kakashi was the complete opposite. Gentle and soft.
I hope to god this isn't a dream

He carressed her hair, but stopped. He moved a few inches from her a face, still intimate, but his eyes looked fierce.
"We're being watched."
He looked at the window, just to see a black figure jump away from it.
Kakashi was mortified.
