I personaly prefer green/white decks although at the moment I love my Doubling Seasons deck which is green/blue.

I have a red, green and white deck that treated me pretty fair over the years. It's a good choice for beginning players because it has a nice mix of everything, it is very easy for all the cards to work together in battle and it allows the player to easily set up a plan-B in heated battles.

blue/green
because i like to mess around with my freinds strats when i play them.
i'm trying out the red whit green timespiral deck atm though.

Black is my personal favorite. I started with it and try to use it as much as possible. Sadly, due to the resurgence of Akroma, I very well might have to start using blue a bit more than I like to at the moment.

i'll play any color if there's something to be done with it.
however, green and blue tend to get the most fun mechanics so i use them a lot. I also run red whenever i can, because i have a destructive streak.
i tend to run white the least, something about it i just can't get behind.

Black, Red, and Green. The three [mostly] aggro colors. I might run blue for the control, but I've never been able to get white to work. Ever. neutral

Personally I like all of the colors, but may favorites are blue, green, and black.

I like all colours, though I must admit to a few favourites.
Old School:
Mono-Black (Aggro-Discard)
Green/Red (Savage Beats/Burn)
Blue/Red (Mana Flare + Capsize!)
Middle History:
Blue/Black (Good Stuff Control)
Green/Black (Random scrubby stuff)
Red/White (Agrro Burn)
Recent History:
White/Red (Lightning Rift!)
White/Green (Astral Slide!)
White/Red/Green (Rift/Slide!)
5 Colour! (Sunburst/Bringer Gifts Control)
Green/Blue (Heartbeat of Spring)
Black/Red (Discard control)
Blue/Green/White (work in progress...)
I've been using white so much recently, because I just love playing Wrath of God and grinning like an evil thing. However, as others have said, you can't beat green/blue for cool combos and platforms for other cool combos.
I've played every combination, but I must admit to being more of a desctructive control player than countermagic based. It feels more sporting...

Sparks go boom!
Pretty much any colors that I can work togather to be fast destructive and painful. As of now thats usually red and black.
I've had a green and red deck with torrents of fires and krosen drovers, along with large green meanies. {Torrent is a sorcery for five deals damage equal to your highest converted mana cost permentent to creature or player, drover is a 2/2 elf for four that makes all creaure spells w/ mana cost 6+ cost two less}
I finally made a green and white deck, basically a green beatdown deck with some white healing {ancestor's Chosen} and some big scary white things {Silver Seraph, Akroma}
I way prefer all out assault to winning through trickery, trickery just annoys me, makes feel less cool.

I run all styles of decks. But my favorite deck at the moment, is blue, black, and green.

I run a pretty interesting mono-black deck.
I run it with:
-Phage the Untouchable
-Lim Dul The Necomancer
-Riever Demon
-Kokusho The Evening Star
-Nightmare
-Toshiro Umezawa
and much more little nasty creatures. xD

I currently have a black/blue Dimir Millstone deck. I LOVE blue and black because blue has lots of annoying spells and creatures, and i like black because the creatures and effects are just so evil. twisted

I play any color flying but besides that lean towards black. though i also really like to use artifacts and artifact monsters.
I chose them `cause they r devistating and evil! twisted
I dont really hate any color
