But yes, roughly translated... Shounen=Boy. Ai=Love. Shounen Ai=Boy Love Last time I checked, no, it does not mean 'Child Pornography'. I really doubt hordes of S-Ai fans in Japan are running around screaming "ITS BL. BOYS LOVE, YO. NOT SHOUNENAI YOU DIPSHIT." I'm probably wrong, though. Again. XD I really should start reading up on things before I go off on my tangents.

I've only recently seen all of this "BL" hooplah, its driving me nuts. We don't need millions of threads saying the exact same thing. gonk It is clear, ya. But ehh..lemme think of an example. (I probably won't word this right. Shoot!) Commonly, in almost any urban area of Japan. People will say "GET!" seemingly at random. Not having any clue what they are saying. Meaning that many(usually teenaged) seem to think of it as an exclamation describing ehh....joy? Dunno if thats the best word for it.. Basically, it "develops" a different meaning to a different people. (BAD BAD WORDING. CURSE YOU VOCABULARY.) Saying ShounenAi in America -generally- wouldn't be taken as saying "I likes to see older men boinking little boys"(there we go...xD). It'd more than likely be taken as(to someone familiar with this sort of thing. Ack.) "I like to see boys roughly the same age engaging in affectionate things, not necessarily sex though." Now, with this "It are BL" business, people are just being retards, when it boils down to it. Go out somewhere and maybe have a bit of luck or something and yell "GET!". And see what happens. Basically, a word/words 'develop' a different meaning amongst different cultures. Regardless of whether that 'meaning' is correct or not. ARGH. I didn't mean to go on a rant. Dx Don't eat me! I taste not-good. My posts tend to do that. Well...to get an amused reaction or a "WTF are you smoking?!" reaction. Pshaw, I generally don't mind being called by odd variations of mah name. Besides, what other nickname is there for Argentine? D: ("ARGH-chan" just sounds weird.)

XD As for how she comes up with them? Lord knows. ..Welllll, 'Daisuke' IS a pretty common name from what i've seen. As for the others? *takes a vow of silence* (*Temporary silence.)

Yep. ..Well, some of the names are odd.(ARGENTINE.) But I did, at one point, know someone who WAS named Dark. Srsly. It was creepy. And everyone knows Krad is Dark spelled backwards, not much of a mystery there.(But they are, for the most part, opposites..sooo..) Risa isn't a rare name. It really -really- isn't.
