Raven smiled at his brother's comment. Finally! He jumped into the air in joy. "Oh man, this takes a bit out of me." Raven curled up in a ball still standing, growling deep in his throat. it took him about 5 minutes to transform his body into his dragon form. When he was done, he flew up into the air to look around. Whilst he was in the air, he saw a dark mass, just off the horizon. Two words echoed in his mind. 'Dark Army'. He wheeled in the air, and flew down as fast as he could, hitting the ground halfway through his retransformation. He ran quickly over to Kain. "Brother, Brother!" He said, puffed out.

Kain turned to his brother. "Well? What did you see? A cave?" He demanded quickly. "Well, dont just stand there stareing, talk!"

Raven was breathing heavily "th...the...the darkarmy...nearly all of them...darkarmy...i think... they saw me when i saw them," Raven said pale from fear. Raven's gut had collasped when he saw the darkarmy

Kain unsheathed his sword, "Damn, they are after us, woman, this is where we part, Brother we must run, south" Kain started to run, his brother just behind him.
Kain suddenly stoped, he turned to see the woman not moving, thoughts rang through Kains head, "Take her with you!", "Leave she is a spy" Kain lowered his head, " Elf, come, you may be a spy, then again, you may not be, i will trust my gut and take you, unless you have business with the dark amy, then you are on your own" Kain then offered his hand to the pale elf standing in front of him

Amber regarded this play of words cooly. When the younger one transformed, she gasped. Dragons were a thing of elven legend. Suddenly, things began to happen. "Elf, come." Thos e two words echoed in her head. They were going to run. "Why run?" She demanded of them. "Thay are obviously after the village, why not stay and fight?"

Kain closed his palm "Have you not heard of the dark army, they are after all Drakon, My brother and i are these creatures, and this is your last chance, come, or be killed by the dark army" Kain, breathing heavily again offered his hand, it was now shaking in fear.

Raven looked at his brother. "Come on, Kain. If they find, you know they will kill us on the spot! We must get away!!" Raven turned around and got watched the horizon, wishing things could be different.

Seeing that the boy was afraid, Amber took his offered hand. It was shaking in her grasp. Her eyes searched for his in the rising moonlight. His features were set into darkness, the moon rising behind him. For some reason, the atmosphere sent a shiver of anticipation up her spine. "Then we run." She said simply, and prepared herself for flight.

Kain dragged the girl about 2ft before she ran on her own will, his feet felt heavy and his sword was marking the ground below him, "Raven!, do not use Dragon form untill we are out of range from archers and mages, do not!" Kain yelled to his brother who was still farther behind, "I hope he heard me" he thought to himself as he continued pulling the hand of the woman behind him.

Raven's gaze turned to his village. "I really want to stay and help, but I can't. I am sorry everyone. I vow that if I live, I will avenge you." Raven turned around and followed his brother, running as fast as he could.

Amber stumbled slightly as the boy dragged her, but quickly found her feet. She cold run much faster than he was going, but she didn.t want to pressure him, or show off, especialy since they thought she was a spy.

Kain slide to a halt as three darkly armored men stood in there path, "Damn" Kain muttered to himself, "Elf please stand back, I should be able to handle this", Kain said raising his sword, "Come, fight me."

"Be damned if you fight on my behalf." She snapped, stepping forward and stood beside him. "No one fights for me, besides myself." She faced the men and drew her scimitars. "Nay." She called to them. "Come, fight us!"

Kain smirked, "A woman who will not only fight, but willingly leap into battle. I'm starting to like this girl.." he mused in his head. "Yes, us."
As Kain finished speaking, the three men were already close to them. Kain swung into the first of the lot, who just turned to fog on contact. "What is this? Magic?" he asked the elf.

Amber snapped her head back, just as a blade pierced the fog, slashing for her throat. In that brief instant, her eyes could see through the fog, focusing on a fourth figure. 'Of course...' A magic caster. "Boy, through the fog. The soldiers are illusions, made from a mage. He is well guarded. Don't slash any more of those things. Too much of this fog is poisionous."
