And we're going to be doing a rank 5 run for some of our linkshell members this week, I think. You need to let me know when you do things like genki. Well things I have done and can help you with. *flops* Im bummed, i havent seen my whm buddy Pox in like 3-4 days...i miss him. He my buddy, we did just about everything together from getting sub jobs an on. So i sorta feel lonly not having any one to do stuff with when hes not around...an to the fact when EQ2 comes out he will be playing that instead of FFXI. crying
An im really starting to get frustrated with the mage classes...hard to lvl an cant do much with out people trying to "help" you out. Like a guy i met last night with pooka was almost treating me like a tottal newb like i knew nothing at all about the class. An with Tigara i had to switch subs sense apparently Blm isnt a good sub for sum. Im damn near ready just to not touch the mage classes at all. sad

i've come to the conclusion - noobies suck -.- especially the know all ones
i'm running around Valkurm Dunes with my Tarutaru WHM - and this warrior invites me to a really nice party - and right of the bat he goes, "now you DO know how to macro a spell don't you"
my response:
"Depends, do you know how to keep Eminty enough to where a monster doesn't run away from you towards me, or should i teach you how to set up a provoke macro along with a /wait 20 countdown"
i wish i could take my tarutaru's hammer, and shove it up someone's nose -.- i swear - if i ever see any of these people that annoy me in ballista, they're getting my Warrior's Axe dab smack in their forehead.

on a lighter note:
Naeo's picked up DRK again for the static party - he's leve 14 right now, with all four spells to his level (stone, water, poison, drain) if you happen to see me LFP and have room - send me a /tell and invite biggrin i'm currently packing a stack of Meat Kabobs, and two Apple au leits biggrin
also - if anyone has an Aspir scroll they're willing to loan me - i'll gladly pay you back =X

geeze sounds like that one guy that was talking to pooka. saying things "now if you wake up before i do, just cure me it will wake me up" its like umm...duh! i knew that already! Alot of people assume you dont know jack squat about any of the job classes in the dunes. Im still learning about being the mage but i dont know nothing on how it works.

Oh, the n00bs in the dunes make me weep...but you do find the occasional good player. Some people in my LS have a habit of trying to instruct seemingly hopeless parties on good teamwork (after watching for a while - some people *do* actually know what they're doing), and the newly-trained are always amazed at how much smoother the battles go. Heh. But yeah, when you actually have a clue, it's irritating to have someone (usually someone who obviously *doesn't*) try to tell you how to do your job!

I'm lvl 5 whee but I've got lots of stuff I can't sell to the npc's like goblin armor (I think thats what its called) and beastmen seals

when somethings a quest item or key item they have a green or green an yellow coin in the corner of the decription. they usually cant be sold in stores...beastmen seals are good to save for big battles in your later lvls. goblin armor like so many things can be sold in auction house(you get a better profit there anyway).

ummm i think in windust walls an woods. its the building with the judge wacky thingie on it(ok ok i forgot what the thing was called but i think you can get it), i think it might even be labled on the map...its sorta 4 something in the morning right now so brain not up an tottaly functioning yet.

Yes, the AH is marked on your map with a gavel (aka the "judge wacky thingie" blaugh ).
Woo-hoo, finished Genkai 1 last night! Royal pain-in-the-butt quest, let me tell you....
