well you are right, but with one less person than they started with, I don't see how. I just hope that the new album keeps the rage up. I really don't want KoRn to go Emo on us.

It's happened to many bands. I mean one of my favorite bands, Three Days Grace just released One-X a few months ago and it sounds sooo emo compared to their old stuff.

Sol_InKoRnate well you are right, but with one less person than they started with, I don't see how. I just hope that the new album keeps the rage up. I really don't want KoRn to go Emo on us. Oh god... *gets an image of JD in tight pants, greased up emo hair, singing in a high-pitched voice* NO WAY will Korn end up as pathetic as that. But I wish they would work with different producers now... I wasn't really happy with the way Atticus Ross and The Matrix produced their stuff.

devour_the_young it's inevitable that bands change sound as they get older. It doesn't make them worse- just different. There's nothing anyone can really do But Korn really can't sound like they used to anymore especially with Head gone and what not. Everyone's just going to have to accept the new sound. I personally like both 3nodding
I agree

Yeah, but I'd like to see that old playing become more of a permenant thing instead of just a temporary concert thing.

Well you gotta think, SYOTOS was the first album after Head left. Theyre getting by and they still rock. But you should be pleased when the new album comes out. Even tho its still in demo the overall is alot heavier than SYOTOS. Either way Korn will always be Korn. && I highly doubt they shall turn emo. Perhaps they may go all hip-hop on us, But never emo. Its impossible.
*listens to TearJerker*
Okay maybe its possible but I highly doubt it.

Though so....I seriously don't know why or how someone wants to listen to that kind of music...I mean I've listen to Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge and just sounds depressing and don't really see a point to it...
