Looking into his eyes, she for once easily read the un-ease in them. What beautiful eyes, she thought softly. Shaking her head she spoke to him softly. " What is it? Syaoran,"

"But its," she paused and smiled nodding. " Okay then." He would have to tell her enventualy! And she could be patient until then right? She would have to be she would trust him!

She watched as he walked off and sighed. She curled her feet under her and stood up walking to the window. Sitting down again, she leaned on the sill and looked out. What had he been about to say? Now it was causing a frenzy in her mind! " Without the power of my light," she murmured softly, almost inaudibly. Shaking her head, she leaned it on her crossed arms and closed her eyes. That energy, she thought I still see it, and it makes me anxious, what could it be. once again deep in thought she zoned out.

Syaoran stood in the middle of what seemed like an endless hallway. His sneezes where becoming closer together and he could feel his body getting hotter. Once again the thunderous sound of the pouring rain entered his mind as he blacked out and hit the hardwood floor with an echoing thud.

It was as if the rain was calling to him. ...

Tomoyo saw Sakura out the window of her mothers room...something is wrong..''Sakura!! Syaoran!'' Tomoyo joined Sakura's side, ''I brought a heated blanket...''

''First of all, we should get him on something soft, like a bed...or t he couch'', she replied. Oh Sakura, you really love him dont you?

In where he might not have been able to heard the rain drown voices he understood the images that flashed before him perfectly. Just as Syaoran had thought, it was war. Not just any war. The War of the Card Captors. He stood in the middle of when looked like the city crossed with an open field. In front of him was the looming darkness of not only the Dark Captors but.. Demons. The wind sudden picked up and start blowing ferociously as he spinned around and was almost blinded by the light. Sakura stood there in the costume of The Light card surrounded by a handful of others, whos faces he was unable to make out. The only person he could make out was Sakura.

With a load roar from the other side of the field the Dark Captors began summoning their cards as the Demons growled instinctly. Syaoran's heart began to race as the two sides of his vision collided. Sakura stood there, looking so brave, so strong and beautiful. He ran to her image as she called out her cards only to be cut off in mid summon. Syaoran looked down to see someone's staff right through her. There was no blood, but the sqeak that Sakura emitted was all he needed to hear. He reached his arms out to catch her falling body and she fell limp into his arms.

Was this the way that things where really going to end? Tears rolled down his cheeks as the images started to fade away into nothing. He now stoff in the middle of a black room with glowing eyes moving closer and closer towards him. As the creatures got closet hey pounced on Syaroran and swallowed him upside the darkness.

Syaoran's heart felt like it was going to beat out of his chest as his eyes shot open to see Sakura above him. He coulsn't help it as a tear rolled out of the corner of his eye and down the back of his neck. ..sa...sakura... He barely muttered looking up at her.
