"So where's this new mechanic we got?" Owen asked the owner

'Faster and more violent he says,' thinking to herself, "Oh so that's all? just faster and more violent? You know me, I've always wanted a faster ride." she said, and then almost fainted when she saw a smile on his face. "Teachers?" she said with an odd look on her face, "What are they going to do? Teach me how to crash?" she chuckled, though the frightening imagine of him smiling was still plastered in her mind.

"yes finaly!"she said and headed for the meeting room witch was on the other side of the building"thank got i thought i was going to die opf boredum"she said and turned on her MP3 player abnd listened to music while she went to the meeting room

Owen looked up at Mai then back to the owner, "Who's the girl?" he said jerking his thumb toward her as he tried to put his feet up again out of habit, but the owner slaps his feet away before they touch the table and scolds Owen a bit before introducing Mai

Kitty heard the annoucment, and looked up to Hawk, "I'm going to go there first okay?" she asked him, then without waiting for a reply left for the 'meeting.' 'I wonder what sort of wonderous doom are they going to tell us about?' she thought to herself. Trying to rememberize the layout of the halls, she'd probably get lost anyhow.

she turned off her MP3 player and watched as he was scolded she giggled a bit and faced them waiting for some thing to happen

"Thats.... our mechanic" Owen said in slight disbelief. "I was expecting some fat, hairy, grase monekey dude.. But this is a welcome change" Owen got up as he offered a hand to Mai, "I'm Owen, the offensive pilot for Team VALIANT." he said in a friendly way

Owen backed up a bit, nervously "I-I didn't mean it like that, you just don't look like your average mechanic." Owen said trying to dodge a bullet.

Kitty walked down the halls, wistling a soft song. She hoped that she wouldn't have to race, if she did, she'd probably run backwards. It wasn't the first lap she was worried about, no. She had heard that that lap was nothing but a race. But the others, down and dirty fighting. This was going to be a new, and odd change from the streets.

"and what all mechanics are suposed to be fat,hairy and full of grease?"she asked arngily"not all people follow the serio type there are lots of mechanics who aren't fat and hairy,and what about you?how do i know your not just some over paid jerk who only uses other for his own achivement?"she added in a anrgy tone

How annoying, she could hear people fighting on the topic of mechanics. She looked through a door frame, seeing a dirty girl, whom she assumed was the mech. and a man who was trying to dogde verbal bullets.
