Hmm....I'd go with Anko...just because. But Shizune is okay with him, Anko's just my personal choice.
And as for the Kekkei Genkai dilemma...try an eye Kekkei Genkai...there pretty easy to create....I have one...but telling you about it would probably influence your choice, plus, I'll be using it in a fanfic pretty soon.

personally, i don't think anyone is suited for kabuto...
he needs ither someone relly ahrd core, or someone really sweet and helpless

Dear god, please don't get me started with pairings for Kabuto, I'm the queen of thinking of crack pairings so I can tell you a lot of couples that would go with Kabuto...*is a ItachiXKabuto fan*

The only pairings I've seen most likely to happen is NarutoXSakura and AsumaXKurnai(that one already happened), besides that...most pairings are fanmade. Blame the world of fanfiction and fanart.
