definatly never to late for me. GF was emo and i feel that if i had been there i coulda helped a little.... but sadly i wasnt.... didnt know her then.

I relate to many of their songs-that is why I enjoy listening to their music so much.
The line: "I'll be coming home, just to be alone!" is one that struck me in the song Home. Often I'd dread coming back home from school-because I knew that someone would start freakin' talking to me, and I didn't even want to walk in the front door, I would have preferred to sneak in a window-just so I could be myself, and be alone.
Pain. I'd rather feel pain than nothing at all. This spoke to me as well.
From the lines of Animal I have become-I find myself relating most. I feel sometimes that I can't get any worse-and that song refills me with that horror of an animal that can be inside any of us.
It's never too late is a phrase that often filled me with hopelessness-because the phrase was impossible and futile to even hope for. That song made me think a lot of my life-and that maybe things can turn around?...maybe
