"You cant be serious..." With a sigh the vampire easily dodged the blast of fire sent his way. He stretched quietly before striding towards her with light steps. "Lets get this over quick..." He whispered his eyes turning a crimson red as a ball of purple light lay within his hand.

Alec sat up slowly and glared up at the vampire. "I'm not that easy to kill vamp. You'll have to bite me if you hope to kill me." She said with a grin. "That's the glory of being a fire elf. You don't die that easily." She couldn't help but grin wider ((4))

"I have no problem with biting you...is your blood warmer." He smiled coldly as he tilted his head. He smirked as her muscles began to stiffen, raising his other hand she was lifted from the ground. Looking at her he winked pulling her forward before sending her flying back against the wall. "I just noticed something...your not my type..."

Alec grunted once more as she hit the wall, this time with a bit more force. She landed on the ground in a heap, unconcious completely this time as she vampire stood nearby.

Walking over to the elf the vampire kneeled down before placing a hand on her forehead. "To bad you wont be around...to see our child..." He grinned before grasping her neck his crimson eyes blazing. With one swift movement he snapped her neck.

At that time, Alys stepped out of the room, a robe wrapped tightly around her figure. She screamed when she saw what the vampire did and covered her mouth. "No!" She gapsed as she stepped away from her now dead mistress. "No, no, no....."

Kage stood up his eyes now back to normal. Memories registered as he looked to Alys. "The jealous human..." He whispered tilting his head before grabbing the hair of the now dead elf. Throwing her body in front of her door he turned back to his own room. "I advise you to go back to your cage..."

Alys stared at Master Kage and she glared at him. "Why?! Why did you kill her? And why do you call me jealous?" She demanded as she wiped tears from her eyes. This was the second master or mistress she lost ans she wasn't sure she could handle much more. Mistress Wynter's death threat sounded rather nice at the moment.

"I'm afraid it is none of your business Alys. Now shouldnt you be with Darren and the Lord." He refused to answer her question on jealousy. It was way back when he first came to the mansion. He hated bringing the past back.

"Zanderu is a slave now, to mistress Wynter. And Darren... he should be owned by that wretched woman by now as well....and now...I'm alone." She said more softly as she sank to her knees, staring at the pretty face of the mistress who was her's for only the shortest time.

"You are pregnant...and with my senses dull it's hard to tell though you were sick...your stressing to much...for both you and the child." The vampire could be kind if he wanted to. Once you showed him kindness he would with no problem give it in return. He didnt dare walk towards the human though, the fact that she may not be comfortable with him being so close after having killed Alec.

Alys looked up at Kage and shook her head. "It's hard to avoid stress in a place like this and in my situation. I don't want to go back to my cage... it's hell in there. But I can't stay in a room when the woman who just bought me is.... dead...." She started to cry softly and looked at the ground.

Kage muffled a growl, he hated to see others cry mainly females for that matter. Walking over to Alys he gently took her hand looking at her. "Crying helps nothing...come..." He said quietly letting go of her hand. He look to Alec with blank eyes before turning back towards his room.

Alys did not flinch. She knew that Kage would not hurt her, but she would still miss the woman who lay on the ground. She was kind and gentle. Not many women like that were mistresses. She slowly stood up and followed Kage to his room.

Ama walked into the hallway. By this time her sister's body had gone through a proecess common in her people. When the soul of the elf leaves the body the body undertakes it's natural element to rid the body from the earth. Though Alec's element was fire, it was only a fire to take her body, not burn anything. Not even a single ash was left for Ama as she walked past room 109 in search of Master Kage. Her sister's energy was strong in that room she passed but she knew it was not the room of the man she was searching for. Finally she stopped in front of the room where her sister's energy was also quite strong and she knocked softly.
