yeah I know, people are too stuck in their ways to do anything as logical as unify the scouts. It's a shame. emo
Oh I know it's not quite at the same level even today for the same kind of reasons the scouts are still seperate. But, one day.....I shall get one of those black and white spinney things they use to hypnotize people on cartoons and it shall all be better indeed.....yess......yess.........*shows her petting her cat from a behind camera view like Dr.Claw*

Because I know that many a male and female wants unification..... I do because then the scouts would be AWESOME... emo We are like the only country on the planet that still has them seperate.

You know, they should just one day say "out with the old! in with the new!" Dump all the current people in charge of every public power position- like governments, schools, scouts and such- and put new people, and I mean new as in not just a different name, in the spots. There will be a learning curve, many mistakes will be made at first while they're getting used to how the jobs work, but in a little while things should get better because the people will reflect the current era as opposed to that of the people's lives who lived their youth and set their standards back in the 50s.

No, I didn't elaborate upon this with specifics since it's a futile hairbrained scheme, but the idea would be putting in people who are interested, responsable, so on and so fourth-- basicly, these people most likely would be the ones who would have taken over the spots in the future any way--we're just putting them in sooner while they're still young, before it's too late and they're old too and it's "you can't teach an old dog a new trick" all over again.

yes, so if we find we've failed to keep up the maitnence and keep switching to newer people if the old prove outdated, we do it all over again when that time comes. Worst comes to worst, at least it was better for a little while instead of never having been.

I would rather have a stable government who is behind then an unstable government who is current... but that is just me
